Bail was set at $40,000. He was taken into custody at 201 North Lassen Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
7:11 p.m., Juan Trujillo Ortiz, 50, a logger who lives in Hoopa, was booked into the Glenn County Jail as a “weekender.”
11:10 p.m., John William Heneby, 45, a dish washer who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging public intoxication, and willful cruelty to a child (both misdemeanors), and warrants alleging failure to appear after giving a written promise (a misdemeanor).
