10:45 a.m., Vivian Leanissa Cruz, 25, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging failure to obey a lawful order of the court (a felony). Total bail was set at $105,000. She was taken into custody in the 300 block of Eighth Street by an Orland police officer.
2:14 p.m., Sonia Sanchez, 55, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging witness bribing (a felony). Bail was set at $100,000. She was taken into custody at 3992 Highway 99, Orland, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
3:41 p.m., Angel Michele Bush, 31, a laborer who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Bail was set at $7,000. She was taken into custody at the Stony Gorge Reservoir near Elk Creek by a U.S. Fish and Wildlife officer.

1:07 a.m., Scott Edward Beavers, 51, a laborer who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging driving while under the influence of drugs (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $3,000. He was taken into custody at 210 West Wood Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
1:11 a.m., Wendy Darlene Ward, 50, a nail salon owner who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging grand theft, forgery, and attempted grand theft (all felonies). Bail was set at $40,000. She was taken into custody at 210 West Wood Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
7:59 a.m., Jonathan Alan Bryan, 44, a construction worker who lives in Orland, was returned to the custody of the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging threatening to commit a crime with intent to terrorize (a felony). At 11:28 a.m., he was also found to have a warrant alleging two counts of attempting to murder or kill a human being or fetus with malice (a felony) Bail for the warrant was set at $300,000. He was returned to custody from Napa State Hospital.
12:20 p.m., Leandra Marie Joseph, 39, a a hospice care provider who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Bail was set at $10,000. She was taken into custody at 601 North Tehama Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
12:34 p.m., Soukkhy Thitphaneth, 43, a caretaker who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging public intoxication (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody at East and Yolo Streets by an Orland police officer.
9:03 p.m., at the Glenn County Jail, Stephen James Baker-Rubio, 31, a caretaker who lives in Redding, was found to have five Shasta County warrants alleging failure to appear on a felony charge, and failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Total bail was set at $140,000.
