Tuesday, July 27:

7:30 a.m., at the Glenn County Jail, John Michael Capelli, 31, a laborer who lives in Redding, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging theft of personal identification information (a misdemeanor), felony burglary, grand theft (a felony), and failure to appear after giving a written promise (a misdemeanor). Total bail was set at $36,000.

8:57 p.m., Abram Rios May, 26, a farmer who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody at Highway 99, north of County Road 57, by a California Highway Patrol officer.

10:04 p.m., Andy Kao Saechao, 26, a janitor who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging using or being under the influence of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody at the Motel 6, 452 North Humboldt Avenue, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

10:06 p.m., Breanna Ruth Cross, 29, a care provider who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging felony violation of probation. Bail was set at $25,000. She was taken into custody at Walmart, 470 Airport Road, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy. At 11 a.m. the next day, she was remanded without bail on charges alleging felony violation of probation.

Wednesday, July 28:

9 a.m., Daniel Montalvo Gomez, 35, a construction worker who lives in Orland, was committed to the Glenn County Jail without bail on charges alleging felony violation of probation. He was taken into custody at the Glenn County Probation Department by a probation officer.

11:15 a.m., Clayton Shane Humphrey, 39, a ranch hand who lives in Corning, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging being an accessory to a felony, first degree murder (a felony), and altering, concealing or moving physical evidence (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $10,000, but he was also held without bail on charges alleging violation of parole (a felony). He was taken into custody at 10 Gilmore Road, Red Bluff, by a California Highway Patrol officer.

2:45 p.m., Stanley Scott Grundy, 45, a laborer who lives in Corning, was booked into the Glenn County Jail without bail on a warrant alleging kidnapping, torture, and first degree murder (all felonies). He was taken into custody at 1340 Walnut Drive, Red Bluff, by a California Highway Patrol officer.

4:47 p.m., Michael Angel Rangel Rodriguez, 25, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging felony violation of probation, and misdemeanor violation of probation. Bail was set at $32,000. He was taken into custody at 1307 Fairview Street by an Orland police officer.

1:53 a.m., Emily Harumi Galbraith, 21, a laborer who lives in Woodland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of a controlled substance, and using or being under the influence of a controlled substance (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at zero. She was taken into custody at 1237 West Wood Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

1:54 a.m., Jesus Medina Esparza, 40, a laborer who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody on West Wood Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

3:37 a.m., Wade Allen Holder, 47, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging possession of drug paraphernalia (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $9,000. He was taken into custody at the South Street Mini Storage by an Orland police officer.

8:32 a.m., David John Carlile, 43, a laborer who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging misdemeanor violation of probation, indecent exposure after illegal entry into an occupied dwelling (a felony), and a special allegation (a felony). 8:21 p.m., Juan Manuel Herrera, 39, a window installer who lives in Corning, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge, failure to appear after being released on bail (a misdemeanor), infliction of corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant (a felony), and misdemeanor violation of probation. Total bail was set at $61,000. He was taken into custody on the northbound side of Interstate 5, south of County Road 7, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

8:29 p.m., Celia Rosaura Garza, 34, a cashier who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of a controlled substance, possession of a narcotic controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia (all misdemeanors). Bail was set at zero. She was taken into custody at 531 West Sycamore Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
