Wednesday, Sept. 29:

12:54 a.m., Cody Joseph Polit, 22, a laborer who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging criminal threats, infliction of corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant, willful cruelty to a child, and first degree robbery (all felonies). Bail was set at $285,000. He was taken into custody at 600 North Humboldt Avenue, apt. #208, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

3 a.m., Francisco Chora, 31, a laborer who lives in Salem, Ore., was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging failure to obey a peace officer (a misdemeanor), and use of the 911 telephone system for non-emergency calls (an infraction). Bail was set at $5,000. He was taken into custody at the Willows Walmart by a California Highway Patrol officer.

9:32 a.m., Lolita Virginia Burd, 54, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, driving while under the influence of alcohol, and driving with a license suspended for driving while under the influence (all misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. She was taken into custody on Eighth Street at Tehama Street by an Orland police officer.

4:24 p.m., Steven Anthony York, 27, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging disobeying a court order (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody at 7758 County Road 9, Orland, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

Thursday, Sept. 30:

7:08 a.m., Seth Dasan Dominguez-Feathers, 26, a laborer who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of a dirk or dagger (can be charged as either a misdemeanor or a felony), and warrants alleging disobeying a court order (a misdemeanor). Total bail was set at $25,000. He was taken into custody at 600 North Humboldt Avenue, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

11:13 a.m., at the Glenn County Jail, Pamela Yvonne Rafoth, 67, said to be a property manager who lives in Marina, was charged with alleged violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $5,000.

7:56 p.m., Joseph Antony Marquez, 31, a laborer who lives in Rio Linda, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of drug paraphernalia (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody at Taco Bell, 1301 West Wood Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

8:23 p.m., Aaron Benjamin Johanningsmeier, 25, a feeder who lives in Glenn, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging burglary (a felony), assault (a misdemeanor), entering a noncommercial dwelling without permission (a misdemeanor), and exhibition of a deadly weapon other than a firearm (a misdemeanor). Friday, Oct. 1:

5:14 a.m., at the Glenn County Jail, Pamela Yvonne Rafoth, 67, said to be a property manager who lives in Marina, Calif., was found to have a Monterey County no-bail warrant alleging threatening to commit a crime with intent to terrorize (a felony).

10:23 a.m., Jeremy Allen Douglas, 39, a maintenance supervisor who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging failure to appear after being released on his own recognizance (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $25,000. He was taken into custody on South Sacramento Street, north of East Oak Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

11:31 a.m., Tyler James Novack, 29, a farm worker who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging failure to appear on a felony charge. Bail was set at $36,000. He was taken into custody at 221 West Sycamore Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

1:14 a.m., Adrian Contreras-Iniguez, 23, a cook who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of brass knuckles (a felony). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody at ampm, 1399 West Wood Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

1:55 p.m., Carlos Javier Martinez-Perez, 31, a coordinating supervisor who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a Butte County warrant alleging driving with a suspended license (a misdemeanor), and a Sutter County warrant alleging misdemeanor violation of probation.
