12:51 a.m., Sarah Dawn Smith, 39, a cashier who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging false imprisonment, and battery on a non-cohabitating former spouse (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $5,000. She was taken into custody at the Willow Oaks Apartments, 1201 West Wood Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

4:15 p.m., Manuel Rubin Perez, 35, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a no-bail federal warrant alleging violation of supervised release (a felony). He was taken into custody while hiding in the back yard of 152 East Swift Street, Orland, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
Tuesday, Oct. 12:
10:10 a.m., Dave Raymond Campbell, 51, a stocker who lives in Willows, was committed without bail into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging felony violation of probation. He was taken into custody at the Glenn County Probation Department, Willows, by a probation officer.
2:55 p.m., Leonel Emilno Gutierrez-Rodriguez, 26, a laborer who lives in Butte City, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor), and a warrant alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Bail on the fresh charge was set at zero, while bail on the warrant was set at $18,000. He was taken into custody at the Chevron station, 1250 West Wood Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
4:30 p.m., Amado Ramses Alvarez Carrillo IV, 22, a laborer who lives in Chico, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor where the alleged perpetrator is over the age of 21 and the victim is under the age of 16 (a felony), and contributing to the delinquency of a minor (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $22,000. He was taken into custody at the Butte County Jail by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
Wednesday, Oct. 13:
12:09 p.m., at the Glenn County Jail, Ray Lee Wallis, 37, a mover who lives in Orland, was found to have a Butte County warrant alleging driving with a suspended license (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $2,000.
1:47 p.m., Matthew Luke Colbert, 35, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging failure to obey a lawful order of the court (a felony), and he was returned to the custody of the jail on charges alleging violation of probation, and infliction of corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant (both felonies). Total bail was set at $25,000. He was taken into custody at the Orlanda Inn Motel, 827 Newville Road, Orland, by a Glenn County probation officer.
5:37 p.m., Dean Allen Short, 62, a laborer who lives in Chico, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging public intoxication, and shoplifting (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody at the Willows Walmart by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
5:52 p.m., Donald Steven Caul, 61, a horse trainer who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging battery on a non-cohabitating former spouse (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $5,000. He was taken into custody at 572 Third Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
