Thursday, Oct. 14:

5:14 a.m., Parmbir Singh Deol, 31, a truck driver who lives in Antioch, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving a commercial vehicle with a blood alcohol level of 0.04 percent or higher (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $5,000. He was taken into custody on Interstate 5, south of County Road 39, by a California Highway Patrol officer.

3:14 p.m., Steven Mitchell Butler, 30, an installer (of what is not specified) who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging disobeying a court order (a misdemeanor), and felony violation of probation. Bail was set at $35,000. He was taken into custody at 600 North Humboldt Avenue, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy. Butler was arrested again at 5:57 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 19, on charges alleging felony burglary, violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence (a misdemeanor), and misdemeanor violation of probation, and a warrant alleging violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence (a misdemeanor). Total bail on this date was set at $77,500. This time, he was taken into custody at 4645 County Road G, Orland, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy. Then, on Wednesday, Oct. 20, while still at the jail, he was found to have a warrant alleging disobeying a lawful order of the court (a felony). Bail for this warrant was set at $35,000.

Friday, Oct. 15:

9:30 a.m., Kevin Dwayne Johnson, 33, a laborer who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail without bail on charges alleging violation of post-release community supervision (a felony). He was taken into custody at the Glenn County Probation Department, Willows, by a probation officer.

9:56 a.m., Janeva Chante Trenado, 28, a kitchen crew worker who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging using or being under the influence of a controlled substance, and child endangerment (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $5,000. She was taken into custody at the Orland Inn, 1052 South Street, room #113, by an Orland police officer.

2:48 p.m., Scott Christopher Stone, 50, a laborer who lives in Chico, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Bail was set at $7,000. He was taken into custody in the 500 block of Colusa Street by an Orland police officer. On Tuesday, Oct. 19, while still in the Glenn County Jail, Stone was found to have a Butte County warrant alleging displaying or presenting false vehicle registration (a misdemeanor). Bail for this was set at $1,500.

3:47 p.m., Ruth Haley Word, 35, a former hairdresser who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging disobeying a court order (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. She was taken into custody on Wood Street in Willows, near the Freeway Bottle Shop, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

6:10 p.m., Michael Shayne McDonald-Blalock, 31, a construction worker who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge (a misdemeanor), assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury (a felony), false imprisonment (a felony), child abuse or endangerment (a felony), and failure to appear after giving a written promise (a misdemeanor). Total bail was set at $110,000. He was taken into custody at Walmart, 470 Airport Road, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

Total bail was set at $7,000. He was taken into custody at 600 North Humboldt Avenue, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

Saturday, Oct. 16:

12:35 a.m., Randy Ramon Velazquez, 21, a bee keeper who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging driving without a license (a misdemeanor), possession of an open container or package of cannabis while driving (an infraction), failure to provide evidence of insurance (an infraction), and failure to pay a restitution fine (a misdemeanor). Total bail was set at $11,000. He was taken into custody at 6343 County Road 200 by an Orland police officer.

12:59 a.m., Bryan Lynn Boone, 43, a cook who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Bail was set at $12,000. He was taken into custody at 640 Canton Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

11:14 p.m., Colton Scott Smith, 21, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail without bail on a warrant alleging disobeying a lawful order of the court (a felony). He was taken into custody at 3957 Highway 99, Orland, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy. On Monday, Oct. 18, while still in the Glenn County Jail, Smith was also charged by a Glenn County probation officer with alleged felony violation of probation. His bail was set at $20,000.

Sunday, Oct. 17:

2:58 p.m., Scott Lee Bayles, 39, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging disobeying a court order (a misdemeanor). Total bail was set at $48,000. He was taken into custody at Stony Creek, west of the railroad tracks, north of Orland, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

4:38 p.m., Flavio Alvarez Perez, 30, a laborer who lives in Woodland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, driving while under the influence of alcohol, and driving with a license suspended for driving while under the influence (all misdemeanors). He was taken into custody on the southbound side of Interstate 5, north of County Road 60, by a California Highway Patrol officer. At 9:08 p.m. at the Glenn County Jail, he was found to have a warrant out of Sutter County alleging failure to appear on vehicle code violations after giving a written promise (a misdemeanor). Total bail was set at $26,000.

Monday, Oct. 18:

10:58 a.m., Felipe Joaquin Perez, 43, a laborer who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of a controlled substance (a felony), possession of drug paraphernalia (a misdemeanor), and felony violation of probation. Bail was set at $30,000. He was taken into custody at 141 North Crawford Avenue, Willows, by a Glenn County probation officer.

3:25 p.m., Thomas Patrick Macias, 53, an auto body painter who lives in Oroville, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging trespassing (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody at the Orland Stop and Shop, 10 Walker Street, by an Orland police officer.

6:50 p.m., Cristian Marino Gamez-Gonzalez, 37, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging purchasing or receiving a stolen vehicle (a felony), and a warrant alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. 1:30 a.m., Jesse Phillip Perez, 25, a food service worker who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, driving while under the influence of alcohol, and driving without a license (all misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody on Highway 32, east of Sixth Avenue, by a California Highway Patrol officer.

Wednesday, Oct. 20:

11:27 a.m., Aaron Jeremiah Potts, 32, a laborer who lives in Red Bluff, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging failure to appear after being released on his own recognizance (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $9,000. He was taken into custody on Lassen Street, south of Oak Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
