8:16 p.m., Luis Fernando Vargas-Flores, 38, a laborer who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody on County Road M at County Road 33 by a California Highway Patrol officer.
Friday, Oct. 29:
12:23 a.m., Michael William Walton, 18, a beekeeper who lives in Glenn, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging public intoxication (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody at 971 North Butte Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
11:17 a.m., Jonathan Scott Hanson, 30, a mechanic who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody at 1300 West Wood Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
11:17 a.m., Joshua Charles Hanson, 28, a caretaker who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging misdemeanor violation of probation. At 3:40 p.m., while still at the jail, he was also found to have a warrant alleging failure to appear after giving a written promise (a misdemeanor). Bail on the fresh charge was set at zero, while bail on the warrant was set at $24,000. He was taken into custody at 1300 West Wood Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy. Tuesday morning while in the jail, he was also booked on a civil commitment.
3:56 p.m., Felipe Vazquez Rosales, 21, a sanitation worker who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of drugs (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $5,000. He was taken into custody at 464 North Humboldt Avenue, Willows, by a California Highway Patrol officer.
9:02 p.m., Aaron Michael Anderson, 45, an office manager who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody at East Walker Street and Woodward Avenue by an Orland police officer.
10:56 p.m., Raymond James Auvigne, 33, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging public intoxication (a misdemeanor), and felony violation of probation. Bail was set at $35,000. He was taken into custody on Third Street between Shasta and Tehama Streets by an Orland police officer.

10:36 p.m., Byron Evan Burrows, 32, a laborer who lives in Elk Creek, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging failure to appear after being released on his own recognizance (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $7,000. He was taken into custody at 457 North Humboldt Avenue, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
Monday, Nov. 1:
12:40 a.m., Savenaca Batimala, 21, a laborer who lives in Sacramento, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging vehicle theft, and purchase or receiving a stolen vehicle (both felonies). Bail was set at $20,000. He was taken into custody on the northbound side of Interstate 5, south of County Road 68, by a California Highway Patrol officer. In the jail the Tuesday afternoon, he was found to have a no bail warrant out of Sacramento County alleging vehicle theft (a felony).
5:13 p.m., Jesus Villaruel-Basurto, 25, a butcher who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a no-bail Colusa County warrant alleging attempted murder. He was taken into custody on County Road 33, east of Highway 99, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
8:26 p.m., Thomas Eddie Kawasaki, 34, a mechanic who lives in Stateline, Nev., was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging public intoxication (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody at French and Jefferson Streets, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
10:10 p.m., Roy Conrad Hawkinson, 40, a carpenter who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging battery on a non-cohabitating former spouse, and damaging a wireless communication device (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $5,000. He was taken into custody at 133 East Colusa Street by an Orland police officer.
11:53 p.m., Lyle Leroy Cheever II, 53, a musician who lives in Artois, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging infliction of corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant, and assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury (both felonies). Bail was set at $50,000. He was taken into custody at the Blue Gum Motel, 2637 Highway 99, rm. #123, Artois, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
Tuesday, Nov. 2:
9:55 a.m., Ruth Haley Word, 35, a laborer who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging misdemeanor violation of probation. Bail was set at $37,000. She was taken into custody at the Glenn County Probation Department, Willows, by a probation officer. Wednesday afternoon, she was remanded to the jail for misdemeanor violation of probation.
10:20 a.m., at the Glenn County Jail, Cristal Ruiz-Hernandez, 25, a licensed vocational nurse who lives in Grimes, was found to have a warrant alleging failure to appear after being released on bail (a misdemeanor), and a felony Colusa County detainer. Bail on the warrant was set at $9,000.
12 p.m., Ruben Gene William, 40, a laborer who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail without bail on charges alleging violation of post-release community supervision (a felony). He was taken into custody at the Glenn County Probation Department, Willows, by a probation officer.
4:35 p.m., Eusebio Blas-Escalon, 33, a laborer who lives in Stockton, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, driving while under the influence of alcohol, and driving with a license suspended for driving while under the influence (all misdemeanors). Bail was set at $15,000. He was taken into custody on the southbound side of Interstate 5 at County Road 48 by a California Highway Patrol officer.

12:57 a.m., Mary Edna Leste, 38, a retail worker who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging disobeying a lawful order of the court (a felony), and disobeying a court order (a misdemeanor). Total bail for the three misdemeanor warrants was set at $23,000. The felony warrant was apparently a no-bail warrant. She was taken into custody at 600 North Humboldt Avenue, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
12:58 a.m., Seth Dominguez-Feathers, 26, a laborer who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging disobeying a court order (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $7,000. He was taken into custody at 600 North Humboldt Avenue, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
3 p.m., Stewart Jerome Enck, 31, a flagger who lives in Willows, was remanded to the Glenn County Jail without bail on charges of felony violation of probation. He was taken into custody at the Willows branch of the Glenn County Superior Court by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

10:50 p.m., Dale Edward Taylor, 60, a delivery driver, was booked into the Glenn County Jail without bail on charges alleging violation of post-release community supervision (a felony). He was taken into custody on Interstate 5, south of Highway 162, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
10:54 p.m., Shannon Marshall-Rupert, 51, disabled, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging disobeying a court order (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $7,000. She was taken into custody on Interstate 5, south of Highway 162, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
