Here are the latest incident reports from the Orland Police Department.

Monday, Nov. 22:

12:29 p.m., a man turned in to the Orland Police Department a wallet found on Sixth Street. The wallet was booked as found property and attempts will be made to contact the owner.

Tuesday, Nov. 23:

3:47 a.m., Orland police officers were dispatched to 423 Fifth Street for a report of a woman yelling in the area. Officers searched but were not able to find anyone.

12:21 p.m., on Fourth Street at Suisun Street, an Orland police officer initiated a traffic enforcement stop on a black 2010 Mazda. Brittany Douglas, 25, of Orland, was cited for no license plates and no proof of insurance. Officers also contacted Dylon Wagoner, 28, who was issued a notice that his license is suspended.

4:10 p.m., Orland police officers were dispatched to 35 East Walker street for a report of a non-injury traffic collision. Officers contacted Jose Reynoso, 52, who was driving a 2013 Dodge Challenger west on Walker Street and was rear-ended by a gray Ford Fusion as he was turning into the SavMor parking lot. Officers were unable to contact the driver of the Ford Fusion and a traffic collision report was taken.

6:37 p.m., Orland police officers contacted Timothy Walker, 47, of Orland, regarding a possible trespassing issue at the Black Butte Mobile Home Park, 6386 County Road 200. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate anyone within the property. Walker said he would call back if the individuals returned.

7:49 p.m., Lolita Burd, 54, called requesting to talk to a police officer. Officers contacted Burd at 315 Eighth Street and determined she had no need for medical or law enforcement assistance.

Wednesday, Nov. 24:

1:30 a.m., the Orland Police Department received a report of a hit and run with property damage. At the Pilot Travel Center, 4444 Commerce Lane, a semi-trailer backed into a parked semi-trailer and left the scene. No suspect information was available. Deshawn Bush from Stockton did not see the suspect vehicle and was provided with an information exchange.

6:25 a.m., the Orland Police Department received a report of theft from a vehicle at 134 Faydon Way. Officers contacted Brian Hansen, 40, of Orland, who reported several tools were stolen from his vehicle sometime during the night.

9:47 a.m., Orland police officers responded to assist the CHP with a domestic dispute that occurred outside OPD jurisdiction. Officers assisted until no longer needed.

1:05 p.m., Orland police officers responded to a report of a hit and run at Black Butte Dental, 413 Swift Street. Officers contacted Jessica Arias, 38, of Orland. She reported that someone hit her 2002 Honda Civic and fled the scene. She was provided with an information exchange.

1:12 p.m., Orland police officers responded to 116 Tanner Way for a report of a stolen generator. Officers contacted Evan Mulliner, 30, of Orland, who reported a Yamaha generator was stolen from his work vehicle sometime during the night.

Thursday, Nov. 25:

12:54 p.m., while at 725 South Tehama Street in Willows, Officers observed Adrian Lee, 31, on the property. He was known to have a felony arrest warrant out of Glenn County. Lee was arrested without incident and booked into the Glenn County Jail.

1:21 p.m., Orland police officers responded to a report of a disturbance. Officers contacted Jovita Bonilla Perez, 34, and Carlos Guzman Hernandez, who had been in a verbal dispute. The dispute was settled by separation and mediation.

6:10 p.m., Orland police officers responded to a request for a welfare check at 511 Papst Avenue. Officers contacted a 71-year-old Orland resident, who requested that officers conduct a welfare check on Brenda Carver, 71. Officers then contacted Carver at her residence. Carver stated she was fine, but her son had been off his medications. Carver was provided with information.

6:44 p.m., Orland police officers responded to 238 East Yolo Street for a report of an assault and battery. Officers contacted Susan White, 60, who reported Amanda Gomes, 33, had battered Cy Gomes, 30. Cy Gomes signed a private person’s arrest for Amanda Gomes and a report was taken.

10:09 p.m., Orland police officers responded to 238 East Colusa Street for a report of a disturbance. Officers contacted 60 y/o Susan White, 60, who alleged that her daughter, Amanda Gomes, 33, returned to her residence and was causing a disturbance. Gomes left prior to officers’ arrival. White declined to press charges and the incident was documented.

10:28 p.m., Orland police officers responded to 929 Benson Drive for a report of loud music. Officers contacted the homeowner, who was told of the complaint and agreed to turn the music down.

Friday, Nov. 26:

2:11 a.m., Orland police officers responded to a report of juveniles breaking into vehicles at 85 Rennat Way. Officers contacted Shawn Montero, 28, who reported three children breaking into his 2014 Ford Focus. Montero requested documentation, and officers conducted an area check for the juveniles, but were unable to locate them.

3:15 a.m., the Orland Police Department assisted the Glenn County Sheriff’s Office for a report of loud music at a location on Highway 99. Orland police officers assisted until no longer needed.

8:08 a.m., an Orland police officer initiated a traffic enforcement stop on Walker Street on a silver Lexus S-300 for an equipment violation. The driver, Riley Nelson, 19, of Orland, was issued a citation alleging a defective windshield and no proof of insurance.

9:33 a.m., Orland police officers responded to a burglary alarm at the U.S. Bank, 32 East Walker Street. Officers found the business secure and the alarm was set off in error.

11:22 a.m., Orland police officer initiated a traffic enforcement stop on Railroad Avenue on a black Acura sedan for an equipment violation. The driver, Andreas Mendoza, 19, was issued a citation alleging a defective windshield and driving while unlicensed.

1:54 p.m., Orland police officers responded to a report of theft from an unlocked vehicle at 981 Harryman Street. Officers contacted Maria Parra, 42, of Orland, who said someone stole items out of her unlocked vehicle the night prior. Parra requested documentation of the incident.

3:17 p.m., Orland police officers were dispatched to a welfare check of two elderly women at the Pilot Travel Center, 4444 Commerce Lane. Officers contacted two women, who reported having car problems and declined any assistance from the Orland Police Department. They were advised to call the Orland Police Department if they needed further assistance.

4:03 p.m., an Orland police officer observed Darrin Smith, 37, of Orland, get in the passenger seat of a 2016 Hyundai. Smith was known to have an arrest warrant out of Glenn County. On Walker Street, a traffic enforcement stop was initiated and after an investigation, the driver, Teal Busse, 36, of Orland, was issued a citation alleging false registration tabs. Smith was arrested for the warrants. Busse was released upon her signed promise to appear and Smith was booked into the Glenn County Jail.

5:22 p.m., Orland police officers were dispatched to 817 Newport Avenue for a reported physical altercation. Officers contacted Caliph Bradford III, 45, of Orland, who alleged he was assaulted by James Beegle, 32, of Orland. Beegle fled the scene prior to officers’ arrival.

5:25 p.m., an Orland police officer found a clear plastic baggie containing narcotics while on patrol. The narcotics were collected and booked for destruction.

5:26 p.m., an Orland police officer learned of a possible domestic violence restraining order violation at 817 Newport Avenue. An investigation was initiated.

6:50 p.m., Orland police officers responded to a report of a disturbance at 1319 Pine Street. Officers contacted Daniel Carranza, 30, of Orland, who stated his neighbor was upset over a parking issue. Officers mediated the situation and the incident was documented.

9:58 p.m., on Papst Avenue, an Orland police officer initiated a traffic enforcement stop on a white 2016 Ford sedan, for allegedly speeding. Following an on-scene investigation, the driver, Kiana Lewis, 26, of Chico, was arrested for driving while under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content above 0.08 percent. Lewis was transported and booked into the Glenn County Jail.

Saturday, Nov. 27:

7:51 a.m., on South Street, an Orland police officer initiated a traffic enforcement stop on a blue BMW 300 for an equipment violation. The driver, Shannon Jackson, 44, of Orland, was issued a citation for alleged expired registration.

8:54 a.m., Orland police officers responded to a report of vehicle theft at 858 Watts Avenue. Officers contacted Sonia Centeno, 39, of Orland, who stated an unknown person stole a white Kawasaki 300 ATV from her driveway the night prior.

1:31 p.m., Orland police officers responded to a report of loud music at 42 East Colusa Street. Officers contacted the resident, who was told of the complaint. The resident agreed to keep the music down.

3:03 p.m., on Colusa Street, an Orland police officer initiated a traffic enforcement stop on a Toyota Camry for a moving violation. The driver, Delfina Gonzalez, 40, of Orland, was issued a citation alleging failure to stop at a posted stop sign and failure to provide proof of insurance.

4:25 p.m., Orland police officers were dispatched to 201 Yolo Street for a report of missing children. Officers contacted Patricia Coshow, 86, of Orland, who reported that her grandchildren may have wandered off while she was supposed to be watching them. After further investigation, officers determined that the grandchildren had not been at Coshow’s residence and the call was unfounded.

7:11 p.m., an Orland police officer was flagged down at the ampm mini mart, 902 Newville Road, by Carlos Guzman, 36, of Orland. Guzman reported an ongoing child custody issue between him and the mother of his children, Jovita Bonilla, 34. Officers advised Guzman of his options and a report was taken.

7:56 p.m., Orland police officers responded to County Road 9 to assist a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy who had located an occupied stolen vehicle. The driver of the vehicle fled when the deputy attempted a traffic stop and Orland police officers assisted in the pursuit. The occupants of the vehicle then fled on foot and Orland police officers assisted in capturing the two suspects. The Orland Police Department provided further assistance until no longer needed by Glenn County Sheriff’s deputies.

10:25 p.m., Orland police officers responded to a report of loud music playing at 328 Jaffe Lane. Officers contacted the homeowner, who was told of the complaint and agreed to turn the music down.

10:30 p.m., Orland police officers responded to a report of an unknown people throwing rocks at the back of the residence at 120 Woodhaven Court.

11:30 p.m., Orland police officers responded to a report of two juveniles in a vehicle, possibly smoking, at the Pilot Travel Center on Commerce Lane. Officers contacted two adults, who said they stopped to get food. Officers determined no crime was committed.

Sunday, Nov. 28:

11:16 a.m., on South Street, an Orland police officer initiated a traffic enforcement stop on a Chevrolet Tahoe for a moving violation. The driver, Fredy Jaimes Sr., 36, of Chico, was issued a citation alleging failure to stop at a posted stop sign and driving while his license status is suspended.

5:27 p.m., Orland police officers responded to a report of a vehicle vs pedestrian traffic collision in the 800 block of Newville Road. Officers contacted Jesus Andrade, 36, of Orland, who had been struck by a blue 2004 Acura RSX driven by Fue Vang, 30, of Marysville. Andrade was attempting to cross the roadway outside of a marked crosswalk when he was hit. Andrade was transported by ambulance to the hospital for treatment and evaluation.

6:55 p.m., Orland police officers were dispatched to contact 18 y/o Cecilia Bereczky, 18, via telephone. Bereczky told officers of an ongoing issue with an ex-boyfriend. Officers provided Bereczky with information regarding restraining orders.

7:10 p.m., Orland police officers responded to the Rancho De Soto Apartments, 1003 Newport Avenue, for a report of a suspicious person. Officers contacted Humberto Cervantes, 44, of Orland, who alleged Anselmo Bautista, 27, of Hamilton City, has been following him, watching him and parking outside of his home. During the officers’ contact with Cervantes, Bautista was seen driving by Cervantes’ home. Officers contacted Bautista and counseled him on his behavior. The incident was documented.

8:04 p.m., Orland police officers responded to assist the CHP with a report of a white Chevrolet Tahoe driving north on Interstate 5 that had run a vehicle off the road and attempted to assault the driver of another vehicle. Officers located the vehicle and initiated a traffic enforcement stop on northbound I-5, north of County Road 7. Officers provided assistance until no longer needed by CHP officers, who subsequently arrested the driver.

Monday, Nov. 29:

1:38 a.m., Orland police officers responded to 4663 County Road E for a report of an unresponsive person. Officers began life-saving measures and the person was transported by ambulance for further treatment.

3:30 a.m., Orland police officers responded to a report of harassment. Officers contacted Letticia Cordero, 25, who reported she was being harassed on social media. Cordero was provided with information and the incident was documented.

10:54 a.m., an Orland police officer found the railroad crossing arms malfunctioning on South Street. Officers stood by until the road was closed by public works. California Northern Railroad was notified.

11:20 a.m., Orland police officers responded to the report of an unattended child playing with a mailbox and power pole on Woodward Avenue. Officers checked the area but did not find a child matching the description.

2 p.m., on South Street, an Orland police officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a white 2006 Ford Mustang for a moving violation. Officers contacted Karinna Markoe, 45, of Willows, who was issued a citation for allegedly failing to stop at a posted stop sign.

2:20 p.m., on Yolo Street, an Orland police officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a tan 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe for a moving violation. Officers contacted Marilyn Ponci, 68, of Orland, who was issued a citation for allegedly failing to stop at a posted stop sign.

5:04 p.m., Orland police officers responded to the report of theft at 613 Jacquelyn Drive. Officers contacted Roberto Alvarez, 56, of Orland, who reported that someone stole the catalytic converter from his 2005 Honda.

9:03 p.m., Orland police officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at 912 Watts Avenue. Officers contacted Miriam Delgado, 39, and Cristobal Delgado, 41, of Orland. Miriam Delgado alleged that she and Cristobal Delgado were in an argument and Cristobal Delgado was refusing to leave. Both parties were counseled, and Merriam Delgado agreed to leave for the night.
