1:41 a.m., Adrian Contreras-Iniguez, 24, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Bail was set at $7,000. He was taken into custody on County Road 306, north of Chrome, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

9:27 a.m., John Delbert Kenyon, 51, of Chico, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and driving with a license suspended for driving while under the influence (all misdemeanors), a warrant alleging violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence (a misdemeanor), and a no-bail swap walkout warrant. Total bail for the fresh charges and the other warrant was set at $12,000. He was taken into custody on Highway 99 at County Road 43 by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

9:25 p.m., Dwight Lee Thomas, 41, of Colusa, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging public intoxication (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody at the Burger King on Newville Road by an Orland police officer.

Sunday, Oct. 16:

12:33 a.m., Nicholas Allen Ruiz, 22, of Sparks, Nev., was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol (both misdemeanors), and a warrant alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge, and driving with a suspended license (both misdemeanors). Total bail was set at $16,000. He was taken into custody at Circle K, 210 West Wood Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

4:50 a.m., Alexander Callahan, 19, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging willful cruelty to a child that could possibly result in injury or death (a felony), and contributing to the delinquency of a minor (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $50,000. He was taken into custody at 4582 Highway 99, Orland, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

12 p.m., Seth Dasan Dominguez-Feathers, 27, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of controlled substance paraphernalia (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody at the southeast corner of the parking lot at 600 North Humboldt Avenue, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

Monday, Oct. 17:

2 p.m., Matthew Shane Theobald, 32, of Hamilton City, was booked into the Glenn County Jail without bail on charges alleging violation of post-release community supervision (a felony). He was taken into custody on Highway 32 at Sierra Avenue, Hamilton City, by a Glenn County probation officer.

4:10 p.m., John Lucas Rehberg, 42, of Portland, Ore., was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody on the northbound side of Interstate 5, just north of the Willows rest area, by a California Highway Patrol officer.

12:06 a.m., Anthony Ryan Rowland, 26, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging infliction of corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant (a felony), violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence (a misdemeanor), and felony violation of probation. Bail was set at $65,000, but at 7:36 a.m., he was also held without bail when he was returned to custody by a Glenn County probation officer on a charge alleging infliction of corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant (a felony). He was initially taken into custody at 600 North Humboldt Avenue, apt. #146, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

10 a.m., Arba Collon Sullivan, 30, of Oakley, Calif., was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging failure to appear on a felony charge. Bail was set at $30,000. He was taken into custody at 901 Court Street, Martinez, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

10:18 a.m., Alexander Javier Salas, 34, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging failure to appear on a felony charge. Total bail was set at $65,000. He was taken into custody at 911 West Cedar Street, Willows, by a Glenn County probation officer.

5:08 p.m., Ryan Lee McMillen, 41, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging false imprisonment, threatening to commit a crime with intent to terrorize, assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm, and torture (all felonies). Bail was set at $685,000, but he was also held without bail on charges alleging violation of parole (a felony). He was taken into custody at Canton and East Cedar Streets, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

6:19 p.m., Efren Deoca Montes, 47, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, driving while under the influence of alcohol, and driving with a license suspended for driving while under the influence (all misdemeanors).
