Here are the latest bookings from the Glenn County Jail. Remember: Everyone accused of a crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Friday, Jan. 6:

4:15 a.m., at the Glenn County Jail, Andrew Jacob Burrows, 29, of Elk Creek, was found to have a warrant alleging failure to update his annual registration as a sex offender (a felony). Bail was set at $10,000.

3:07 p.m., Samuel Jay Nichols, 28, of Oroville, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging petty theft of retail merchandise (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody in the 800 block of Fifth Street by an Orland police officer.

4:26 p.m., Angel Ray McGill, 26, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging battery on a spouse, ex-spouse, date, etc. (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $5,000. He was taken into custody at 462 East Wood Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

5:15 p.m., CJ Michael Whisenand, 20, of Chico, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Bail was set at $18,000. He was taken into custody at the Butte County Jail by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

8:22 p.m., Jacob Anthony Kennedy-Cummings, 30, of Corning, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of a controlled substance, and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia (both misdemeanors), and warrants alleging vehicle theft (a felony), and failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Total bail was set at $34,000. He was taken into custody at 110 Frances Lane by an Orland police officer.

10:50 p.m., Don Richard Hart, 63, of Shingletown, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging altering or forging a vehicle registration (a felony), and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $20,000. He was taken into custody in the 200 block of South Street by an Orland police officer.

11:12 p.m., Manuel Louis Gwin, 54, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging brandishing a firearm replica (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody at 948 North Butte Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

Saturday, Jan. 7:

11:08 a.m., Myles Holloway, 27, of Lakewood, Wash., was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody on the northbound side of Interstate 5, north of County Road 3, by a California Highway Patrol officer.

Sunday, Jan. 8:

4:06 p.m., Christopher Michael Willard Nunn, 34, of Redding, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of a stolen vehicle (a felony), and possession of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor), and a warrant alleging failure to appear (a misdemeanor). Total bail was set at $20,000. He was taken into custody at 1070 West Wood Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

11:20 p.m., Alexander Javier Salas, 35, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging child endangerment (a misdemeanor), and felony violation of probation. Bail was set at $75,000. He was taken into custody at 911 West Cedar Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

Monday, Jan. 9:

7:18 a.m., Scott James Severin, 35, of Chico, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging vehicle theft (a felony), and evading a peace officer (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $15,000. He was taken into custody at Highway 32 and County Road N by an Orland police officer.

11 a.m., Joshua Everett Vallerga, 20, of Chico, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on an order of production with charges alleging felony violation of probation. Bail was set at $85,000, but he was also held without bail for an out-of-county detainer. He was taken into custody at the Butte County Jail by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

11:16 a.m., Alexander Javier Salas, 35, of Willows, was returned to the custody of the Glenn County Jail without bail for charges alleging infliction of corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant, with priors (a felony).

5:18 p.m., Miguel Munoz Padilla, 25, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging felony violation of a protective order. Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody at 560 North Tehama Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

6:07 p.m., Saul Uriostegui-Martinez, 28, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody in the 400 block of Colusa Street by an Orland police officer.

Tuesday, Jan. 10:

12:50 p.m., Mandy Leigh Baggs, 35, of Olivehurst, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging failure to appear on a felony charge. Bail was set at $22,000. She was taken into custody at the Butte County Jail by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

1 p.m., Joshua Ryan Frailey, 20, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail without bail on a warrant alleging violation of post-release community supervision (a felony). He was taken into custody at the Butte County Jail by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy. At 9:25 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 14, at the jail, he was found to have a no-bail warrant alleging unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor more than three years younger than himself (a felony), and battery on a spouse, ex-spouse, date, etc. (a misdemeanor).

1:15 p.m., Robert Julian Lopez, 27, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging misdemeanor violation of probation, and felony violation of probation. Bail for the misdemeanor warrant was set at $10,000, but he was held without bail for the felony warrant. He was taken into custody at the Butte County Jail by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

2:30 p.m., Hector Santiz Gomez, 25, of Orland, was remanded to the Glenn County Jail without bail for alleged misdemeanor violation of probation. He was taken into custody at the Willows branch of the Glenn County Superior Court by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

2:30 p.m., Carmelo Morales Cruz, 20, of Hamilton City, was remanded to the Glenn County Jail without bail for alleged misdemeanor violation of probation. He was taken into custody at the Willows branch of the Glenn County Superior Court by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

2:45 p.m., Gerald Patrick Phillips, 56, of Kelseyville, was remanded to the Glenn County Jail for alleged misdemeanor violation of probation. Bail was set at $20,000. He was taken into custody at 123 South Murdock Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

3 p.m., Joel De Jesus Lopez Lopez, 20, of Orland, was remanded to the Glenn County Jail without bail for alleged misdemeanor violation of probation. He was taken into custody at 123 South Murdock Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

3 p.m., Elias Lopez Santiz, 33, of Orland, was remanded to the Glenn County Jail without bail for alleged misdemeanor violation of probation. He was taken into custody at 123 South Murdock Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

3:09 p.m., Jarred William Hogue, 41, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging obstructing or resisting an executive officer (a felony), and warrants alleging vehicle theft (a felony), getting credit with another person’s identification (a felony), driving while under the influence of alcohol (a misdemeanor), driving with a license suspended for driving while under the influence (a misdemeanor), failure to appear after giving a written promise (a misdemeanor), and failure to appear after being released on his own recognizance (a misdemeanor). 4:25 p.m., Jonathan Medina Chavez, 37, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of controlled substance paraphernalia (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero, but he was also held without bail after being returned to the custody of the jail on a charge alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. He was taken into custody at North Lassen and Green Streets, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

Wednesday, Jan. 11:

12:53 a.m., Timothy Sebastian Oropeza, 22, of Hamilton City, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol (both misdemeanors), and a warrant alleging failure to appear after being released on his own recognizance (a misdemeanor). Total bail was set at $33,000. He was taken into custody on Highway 99 at County Road 18 by a California Highway Patrol officer.

7:17 a.m., Kaelene Elizabeth Scritchfield, 31, of Willows, was remanded to the Glenn County Jail without bail for violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence, obstructing or resisting a public service officer, and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia (all misdemeanors).

11:35 a.m., Andy Kao Saechao, 27, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail without bail on charges alleging using or being under the influence of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor). He was taken into custody at 201 South Tehama Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

11:55 a.m., at the Glenn County Jail, Pablo Ivan Gonzalez-Arrendondo, 38, of Marysville, was remanded to the jail for alleged failure to appear on a felony charge. Bail, according to the jail, was set at zero.

1:56 p.m., Hermelindo Gonzalez Salgado, 33, of Orland, was returned to the custody of the Glenn County Jail for alleged second degree burglary (a felony), and charges alleging using or being under the influence of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $15,000. He was taken into custody at 131 East Walker Street by an Orland police officer.
