Wednesday, March 19:
5:50 a.m., Ariel Pantoja, 26, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of a controlled substance, and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $0. He was taken into custody at 1016 South Street by an Orland police officer.
According to the Orland Police Department’s log, at about 5:14 a.m. on March 19, 2025, Orland police officers responded to the Speedway on Hoff Way for a report of a man who was allegedly in possession of narcotics and refusing to leave the business. Following an investigation, Ariel Pantoja, 26, of Orland, was arrested and booked for alleged possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.
11 a.m., Robert Louis Jackson, 35, of Fairfield, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a Glenn County Superior Court warrant alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Bail was set at $70,000. He was taken into custody at the Solano County Jail by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
12:02 p.m., Fernando Rodarte Montalvo, 51, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $5,000. He was taken into custody at 6379 County Road 16, sp. #11, by an Orland police officer.
According to the Orland Police Department’s log, at about 11:52 a.m. on March 19, 2025, responded to the 6300 block on County Road 200 for a report of a restraining order violation. Officers contacted Fernando Montalvo, 52, of Orland, who was arrested and booked for allegedly violating a restraining order.
1 p.m., Alexander Sanchez, 34, of Chico, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of a controlled substance, and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $0. He was taken into custody at 205 South Culver Street, Willows, by a Glenn County probation officer.
1:55 p.m., Mike Chester Dacey, 42, of Willows, was remanded to the Glenn County Jail for felony violation of probation. Bail was set at $35,000. He was taken into custody at the Glenn County Superior Court by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
According to Glenn County Superior Court records, in January of 2022, Dacey was found guilty of infliction of corporal injury. He was sentenced to 120 days in the county jail and three years’ probation, to end on September 30, 2025.
According to the Glenn County Sheriff’s log, on December 19, 2021, deputies were dispatched to 2584 County Road I for a report of a domestic violence incident that just occurred. While enroute, deputies located the suspect, Mike Dacey, at 115 North Villa Avenue, Willows, and detained him. Deputies contacted the victim and initiated an investigation. The victim reported Dacey placed his right hand around the front of her throat and squeezed for 15 to20 seconds. Deputies subsequently arrested Dacey and transported him to the Glenn County Jail.
3:43 p.m., Katie Sue Michelle Jimenez, 20, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging willful cruelty to a child resulting in possible injury or death (a felony). Bail was set at $50,000. She was taken into custody at 6378 County Road 200, sp. #33, by an Orland police officer.
11:47 p.m., Shauna Sanders, 45, of Grass Valley, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, driving while under the influence of alcohol, possession of controlled substances without a prescription, and driving with a suspended license (all misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. She was taken into custody at Lely Park, 975 East South Street, by an Orland police officer.s
According to the Orland Police Department’s log, at about 11:20 p.m. on March 19, 2025, Orland police officers observed a 2006 Chevy Suburban entering Lely Park after hours. Officers contacted Shauna Sanders, 45, of Corning. Following an investigation, Sanders was arrested and booked for allegedly driving while under the influence, driving with a suspended license, and possessing prescribed medication without a prescription.

Friday, March 21:
12:03 a.m., Hugo Olivera Moreno, 29, of Corning, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging public intoxication (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $0. He was taken into custody at 745 Paigewood Drive by an Orland police officer.
According to the Orland Police Department’s log, at about 11:38 p.m. on March 20, 2025, Orland police officers were dispatched to the Paigewood Village Apartments for a report of suspicious man acting strangely. Officers contacted Hugo Moreno, 29, of Corning. Following an investigation, Moreno was arrested and booked for alleged public intoxication.
1:53 p.m., Jonathon Paul Fred, 35, of Elk Creek, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging infliction of corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant (a felony), and damaging a wireless communication device (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $25,000. He was taken into custody at the Grindstone Rancheria, #16, Elk Creek, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
2:20 p.m., Elsworth Ray Thompson, 49, of Stockton, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody on County Road I, north of County Road 25, by a California Highway Patrol officer.
7:45 p.m., Michael Jeffery Puleo, 39, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail without bail on charges alleging violation of post-release community supervision (a felony). He was taken into custody at 800 East Wood Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
According to the Glenn County Sheriff’s log, at about 7:27 p.m. on March 21, 2025, deputies were dispatched to the area of North Alpine Street and East Walnut Street in Willows for a report of a suspicious person. Deputies contacted Michael Puleo, who was subsequently arrested for allegedly violating the terms of his post-release community supervision.
8:49 p.m., Arik John Cortez, 53, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging public intoxication (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $0. He was taken into custody at 817 Newport Avenue by an Orland police officer.
According to the Orland Police Department’s log, at about 8:33 p.m. on March 21, 2025, Orland police officers responded to the Orland Manor Apartments, 817 Newport Avenue, for a report of an unknown man yelling for help in the area. Officers located and contacted Arik Cortez, 53, of Orland. Following an investigation, Cortez was arrested and booked for alleged public intoxication.
11:33 p.m., Ashly Margarita Simental-Bravo, 31, of Red Bluff, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. She was taken into custody on East Walker Street, west of Papst Avenue, Orland, by a California Highway Patrol officer.
Saturday, March 22:
12:22 p.m., Megan Elizabeth Martin, 40, of Bishop, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of a drug (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $5,000. She was taken into custody on Highway 32, west of County Road RR, by a California Highway Patrol officer.
12:40 p.m., Joshua Michael Pence, 45, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a Glenn County Superior Court warrant alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Bail was set at $20,000. He was taken into custody at 840 Baywood Way, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
According to the Glenn County Sheriff’s log, at about 12:23 p.m. on March 22, 2025, Deputy Sotelo had prior knowledge of an outstanding Glenn County Superior Court bench warrant for Joshua Pence. Deputy Sotelo contacted Pence at his parent’s residence in the 800 block of Baywood Way in Willows. Deputy Sotelo confirmed Pence’s warrant and arrested him. He was transported to the Glenn County Jail for booking.
Sunday, March 23:
1:30 p.m., Edgar Castro, 42, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a Sutter County Superior Court warrant alleging failure to appear after giving a written promise (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $11,000. He was taken into custody at 405 A Street by an Orland police officer.
According to the Orland Police Department’s log, at about 12:46 p.m. on March 23, 2025, Orland police officers were dispatched to the 400 block of A Street for a report of a cold assault. Officers contacted Raschell Wammack, 51, of Orland, who alleged that Edgar Castro, 43, of Orland, had assaulted and brandished a firearm at her a week prior.
At about 1:21 p.m. the same date, Orland police officers contacted Edgar Castro, 43, of Orland, on a report of a cold assault. Dispatch reported Castro had an outstanding warrant out of Sutter County. Castro was arrested on the warrant and transported to the Glenn County Jail for booking.
6:57 p.m., Marco Antonio Lomeli, 25, of Artois, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of a drug, and possession of a controlled substance (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $5,000. He was taken into custody on Cherry Street, west of Fifth Street, Willows, by a California Highway Patrol officer.
According to the Glenn County Sheriff’s log, at about 6:06 p.m. on March 23, 2025, deputies were dispatched to the area of Cherry and North Colusa Streets in Willows for a verbal disturbance. Deputies arrived on scene and contacted the involved parties. Deputies learned the disturbance was regarding the driving of Marco Lomeli, near Highway 45. The California Highway Patrol was contacted and ultimately took over the DUI investigation.
8:40 p.m., Abigai Lopez Lopez, 32, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a Glenn County Superior Court warrant alleging disobeying a court order (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $20,000. He was taken into custody on Highway 99 at the Blue Gum Bridge by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
According to the Glenn County Sheriff’s log, at about 8:22 p.m. on March 23, 2025, Erica Castro came to the Glenn County Sheriff’s Office to report she was in a verbal altercation with her boyfriend, Abigai Lopez. Sgt. Lemmon was dispatched and contacted Castro. Castro advised they were in an argument and she had dropped Lopez off in the Artois area. Castro said she was worried Lopez would walk home to their residence and cause another disturbance. Sgt. Lemmon and Deputy Peterson responded to the Artois area. Lopez was contacted and found to be heavily intoxicated. Lopez also was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Lopez was ultimately arrested for the outstanding warrant.
11:53 p.m., Vance Wayne Wilkins, 30, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging infliction of corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant (a felony), and misdemeanor child endangerment. Bail was set at $35,000. He was taken into custody at Ellis Street and Highway 32 by an Orland police officer.
According to the Orland Police Department’s log, at about 11:09 p.m. on March 23, 2025, Orland police officers responded to the Paigewood Village Apartments, 745 Paigewood Drive, for a report of a domestic disturbance. Officers contacted Alyssa Wofford, 28, and Vance Wilkins, 30, both of Orland. Following an investigation, Wilkins was arrested and booked for alleged felony domestic violence and child endangerment.
Monday, March 24:
2:20 p.m., Joshua John Welter, 43, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging public intoxication (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $0. He was taken into custody at West Sycamore and Enright Streets, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
According to the Glenn County Sheriff’s log, at about 2:07 p.m. on March 24, 2025, Glenn County Sheriff’s dispatch received a call from an employee at Glenn Medical Center, 1133 West Sycamore Street, Willows, who reported Joshua Welter was inside of their building causing a disturbance, and that he was allegedly intoxicated. Deputies were detailed to GMC and located Welter at the intersection of West Sycamore Street and Enright Avenue. Welter was allegedly aggressive towards deputies upon their arrival, and he appeared to be … [the sheriff’s log cuts off at this point].
