Here is a list of the bookings into the Glenn County Jail, with information provided by jail personnel, the Glenn County Sheriff’s log, and the Orland police log. Remember: Everyone accused of a crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Friday, May 2:

7:35 a.m., Jaden Heaven Whitehorse, 18, of Corning, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging using or being under the influence of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $0. She was taken into custody at the Pilot Travel Center, 4444 Commerce Lane, by an Orland police officer.

According to the Orland Police Department’s log, at about 7:18 a.m. on May 2, 2025, Orland police officers were dispatched to the Pilot Travel Center, 4444 Commerce Lane, to check the welfare of a female who appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance. Officers contacted Jaden Whitehorse, 18, of Corning, who said her ride had left her at the business. Following an investigation, Whitehorse was arrested and booked for allegedly being under the influence of a controlled substance.

3:30 p.m., Ulises Jaime Tadeo, 19, of Red Bluff, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a Glenn County warrant alleging failure to appear on a felony charge. Bail was set at $30,000. He was booked into the jail by a Tehama County law enforcement officer.

According to the Orland Police Department’s log, at about 7:02 p.m. on August 15, 2024, on Swift Street at A Street, Orland police officers contacted a 17-year-old boy from Redding and Ulises Tadeo, 18, of Red Bluff. Following an investigation, the juvenile was cited for possession of alcohol. Tadeo was arrested and booked for allegedly carrying a loaded and concealed firearm in a public place.

According to Glenn County Superior Court records, Tadeo pled guilty to the firearm violation on February 7, 2025.

Saturday, May 3:

11:49 a.m., Jennifer May Shockley, 33, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a Glenn County Superior Court warrant alleging disobeying a court order, and disorderly conduct (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. She was taken into custody at 420 Green Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

According to the Glenn County Sheriff’s log, at about 11:42 a.m. on May 3, 2025, John Lynch contacted the sheriff’s office, reporting that Willows transient Jennifer Shockley was at his residence at 420 Green Street and she was not allowed to be there. Deputy Tuma was dispatched and spoke with Lynch, who said Shockley had stayed at the residence in the past but was not currently staying there. Shockley was found to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest out of Glenn County. Shockley was placed under arrest for the warrant and advised to not return to the residence. Shockley was transported to the Glenn County Jail, where she was released to jail staff for booking.

9:25 p.m., Alexia Reynah Camacho, 27, of Colusa, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $5,000. She was taken into custody on Highway 162 at Eureka Street, Butte City, by a California Highway Patrol officer.

Sunday, May 4:

6:35 p.m., Anita Littledove Fred, 35, of Elk Creek, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs (a misdemeanor), driving while under the influence of alcohol (a misdemeanor), and willful cruelty to a child which could result in injury or death (a felony). Bail was set at $210,000. She was taken into custody at Phils Way, #10, Grindstone Rancheria, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

According to the Glenn County Sheriff’s log, at about 4:40 p.m. on May 4, 2025, Anita Fred called the Glenn County Sheriff’s Office to report child custody issue at 3600 County Road 305, #7, in Elk Creek. Deputies responded and contacted Joseph Peters, Anita Fred, and their juvenile children. Deputies initiated an investigation.

6:44 p.m., Joseph Allen Lee Peters, 36, of Elk Creek, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging trespassing (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $0. He was also booked on two Glenn County Superior Court warrants alleging failure to appear on misdemeanor charges (possession of methamphetamine, and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia). Total bail was set at $40,000. He was taken into custody at Phils Way, #7, Grindstone Rancheria, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

According to the Glenn County Sheriff’s log, at about 6:57 p.m. on May 4, 2025, deputies were dispatched to a call for service regarding a disturbance at the Grindstone Rancheria in Elk Creek. Deputies learned Joseph Peters had two local misdemeanor warrants. Deputies placed Peters under arrest for the local warrants, and he was transported to the Glenn County Jail for booking.

9:12 p.m., Gilberto Camolinga-Maldonado, 47, of Corning, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody at First and Shasta Streets by an Orland police officer.

According to the Orland Police Department’s log, at about 8:46 p.m. on May 4, 2025, an Orland police officer initiated a traffic enforcement stop on Tehama Street at Sixth Street on a white 2021 Honda Accord. Following an investigation, Gilberto Camolinga, 48, of Corning, was arrested and booked for allegedly driving while under the influence of alcohol.
