Friday, March 12:

1:21 a.m., Jaime Martinez Hernandez, 37, a construction worker who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging public intoxication (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody at 6378 County Road 200 by an Orland police officer.

10:24 a.m., Naomie Monique Orona, 30, a laborer who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail without bail on charges alleging violation of post-release community supervision (a felony). She was taken into custody at the Glenn County Probation Department, Willows, by a probation officer.

11:05 a.m., Damian Dyshawn Michael Mouton, 36, a lab technician, who lives in Carmichael, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging carrying a loaded firearm in public (a felony). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody on County Road 401, south of County Road 303, Stonyford, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

2:45 p.m., Chris Allen Lohm, 59, a laborer who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a Yuba County warrant alleging felony vandalism. Bail was set at $20,000. He was taken into custody at Lassen and Ash Streets, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

Saturday, March 13:

12:28 p.m., Tyler James Fox, 26, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging obstructing or resisting a public service officer (a misdemeanor), and warrants alleging disobeying a court order (a misdemeanor). Total bail was set at $31,000. He was taken into custody at 6880 County Road 6 by an Orland police officer.

1:52 p.m., Everett Michael-Daniel Maghan, 31, a laborer who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging disobeying a lawful order of the court (a felony). Total bail was set at $40,000. He was taken into custody on County Road D, north of County Road 48 by a California Highway Patrol officer.

Sunday, March 14:

4:56 a.m., Isaias Herrera Bugarin, 38, a laborer who lives in Princeton, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of a controlled substance, and using or being under the influence of a controlled substance (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody at 8045 County Road 62, Princeton, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

Monday, March 15:

2:15 p.m., at the Glenn County Jail, Sean Cartwright Poindexter, 49, a tree remover who lives in Paradise, was found to have warrants alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge, and failure to appear on a felony charge. Total bail was set at $39,000.

6:59 p.m., Mark Paul Grimes, 50, a caregiver who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $5,000. He was taken into custody at the Best Western Willows Inn, 475 North Humboldt Avenue, room #118, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

Pickup takes out tree near Orland

Orland – California Highway Patrol officers, Orland firefighters, Glenn County Sheriff’s deputies, Orland police officers, and ambulance personnel all responded to a traffic accident on County Road MM early Monday afternoon.

The call went out as a vehicle accident with multiple injuries on Road MM near County Road 19.

Fortunately, the accident wasn’t nearly as serious as it originally sounded.

According to Officer Forslund of the California Highway Patrol, at about 1:10 p.m. on March 13, Kenzie Eddy, 17, of Orland, was driving a 1975 Chevy pickup south on County Road MM, north of County Road 19, at about 30 miles per hour.

She reportedly allowed the pickup to travel off the road onto the left shoulder, then over-corrected to the right. The Chevy traveled off the road onto the west roadway shoulder and collided with two trees.

The pickup came to rest facing west, west of the roadway shoulder, partially on an olive tree.

According to Officer Forslund, Eddy was wearing her seatbelts and was not injured.
