Bail on the fresh charge was set at zero. Bail on the warrant was set at $7,000. He was taken into custody at Yolo and Fourth Streets by an Orland police officer.
3:59 p.m., Clarence Robert Matthias, 61, a crematory operator who lives in Los Molinos, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a Sonoma County warrant alleging failure to appear after giving a written promise (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $5,000. He was taken into custody on Highway 162, west of County Road 306, by a California Highway Patrol officer.
4:58 p.m., Cory Ray Ingle, 31, a laborer who lives in Sacramento, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of stolen property (a felony), vehicle theft (a felony), driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs (a misdemeanor), and driving while under the influence of alcohol (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $30,000. He was taken into custody on the northbound side of Interstate 5, north of County Road 60, by a California Highway Patrol officer.
8:29 p.m., Jessica Arlena Martin, 33, a laborer who lives in Sacramento, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of a controlled substance, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, and driving while under the influence of drugs (all misdemeanors). 1:47 p.m., Leticia Muriel Torres-Diaz, 27, a hostess who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Bail was set at $10,000. She was taken into custody at 600 North Humboldt Avenue, apt. #251, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
2:40 p.m., at the Glenn County Jail, Raymond Tyler Little, 36, a logger who lives in Orland, was found to have a warrant alleging disobeying a lawful order of the court (a felony). Bail was set at $20,000.
3:33 p.m., Thomas Vang, 33, a pressure washer who lives in Sacramento, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia (both misdemeanors), and Sacramento County warrants alleging violation of probation, and possession of burglary tools (both misdemeanors).
