4:16 p.m., Christopher Charles Zeigen, 52, a farmer who lives in Butte City, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging infliction of corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant (a felony). Bail was set at $25,000. He was taken into custody at County Roads 70 and Y by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
8:15 p.m., Mathew Paul Clark, 43, a mechanic who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging felony robbery, rape with force or violence (a felony), and possession of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor), and a Butte County warrant alleging using or being under the influence of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor). Total bail was set at $203,000. He was taken into custody on County Road N, north of Highway 32, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
8:50 p.m., Tad Gene Harris, 52, a laborer who lives in Corning, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging rape with force or violence, and oral copulation with force or violence (both felonies). Bail was set at $110,000. He was taken into custody at Eighth and Tehama Streets, Orland, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

10:26 a.m., Jose Eloy Punzo-Orozco, 58, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody in the 1000 block of East Street by an Orland police officer.
10:30 a.m., Joel Cardenas Madrigal, 31, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a court-ordered surrender for charges alleging assault with a deadly weapon (a felony). Bail was set at $50,000. He was taken into custody at the jail by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
10:40 a.m., Alejandro Rodriguez Cisneros, 30, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging infliction of corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant (a felony). Bail was set at $25,000. He was taken into custody at East and South Streets, Orland, by a California Highway Patrol officer.

3 a.m., Everett Michael-Daniel Maghan, 31, a laborer who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging public intoxication (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody at 1133 West Sycamore Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy. Later, at 6:32 p.m., he was again booked into the jail, this time on charges alleging burglary, vandalism, assault with a deadly weapon (not a firearm) with great bodily injury likely, and violation of probation (all felonies). Bail was set at $85,000. He was taken into custody at 1140 Southgate Drive, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
2:13 p.m., Jimmy Odair Cruz Hernandez, 36, a laborer who lives in Sacramento, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody on the southbound side on Interstate 5 at County Road 57 by a California Highway Patrol officer.
