The Willows Area Office of the California Highway Patrol held a child safety seat “clinic” at the Glenn Success Center on East Walker Street in Orland on Saturday. In fact, at the time of the posting of this report, the event was still going on, and would be until noon. Working in cooperation with other area agencies, the event even offers some free safety seats and how to properly install them. One volunteer commented that the day’s turnout was very good.
