The Glenn County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding the owner of a dog responsible for biting a 31-year-old man.
The Glenn County Sheriff’s Dispatch Center received a report that on Tuesday, June 1, the man, who was working in the area of the 1100 block of North Butte Street in Willows, received minor injuries after a dog approached him and bit him.
The canine then immediately left the area, heading north on North Butte Street.
The dog is described as something like an adult dark-colored Corgi-mix, wearing a dark-colored mesh collar. No further description was provided by the victim, and attempts to find the animal by Glenn County Animal Control officers have so far been unsuccessful.
