Bail was set at $45,000. He was taken into custody at 882 North Butte Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy. A little later, at 2:15 a.m., the California Highway Patrol charged Zuniga with alleged driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, and hit and run (all misdemeanors). Bail for these charges was set at $10,000. The location of this arrest was also 882 North Butte Street, Willows.

9:20 a.m., Alex Parra Miranda, 27, a construction worker who lives in Orland, was committed to the Glenn County Jail without bail on charges alleging violation of post-release community supervision (a felony). He was taken into custody at the Glenn County Sheriff’s Office in Willows by a Glenn County probation officer.

4:50 p.m., Jonathan Scott Hanson, 29, a mechanic who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging possession of controlled substances without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $9,000. He was taken into custody at 6155 Highway 162, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

5:28 p.m., James Clifford Steward, 51, a tribal outreach worker who lives in Colusa, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging maliciously setting fire to a property (a felony). Bail was set at $45,000. He was taken into custody at 800 West Sycamore Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

5:48 p.m., Julian Arturo Martinez, 32, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging arson of an inhabited building (a felony). Bail was set at $200,000. He was taken into custody at 6368 County Road 200 by an Orland police officer.

9:57 p.m., Erick Omar Parra-Garcia, 44, a construction worker who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging child abuse or endangerment (a felony), using or being under the influence of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor), possession of drug paraphernalia (a misdemeanor), and possession of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $50,000. He was taken into custody at Highway 99 and County Road 43 by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

Saturday, June 19:

5:32 p.m., Julia Christina Langworthy, 33, a laborer who lives in Corning, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor), and warrants alleging disobeying a lawful order of the court (a felony), and disobeying a court order (a misdemeanor). Bail for the fresh charge was set at zero, but total bail for the warrants was set at $42,000. She was taken into custody on County Road 200, east of County Road E, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

10:37 p.m., Pedro Quin Cuin, 23, a laborer who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging felony violation of probation. Bail was set at $162,000. He was taken into custody at 600 North Humboldt Avenue, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

11:56 p.m., Jose Carlos Pulido, 34, a laborer who lives in Elk Creek, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $5,000. He was taken into custody at 3641 County Road 306, Elk Creek, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
