“Loyalty? I’ll give you loyalty!”

Peanut – R, Orland

After all, what is more loyal than a dog? Meet Peanut, a three-year-old Chihuahua-mix. He has decided to throw his hat into the ring for the recall of Gov. Newsom and election of a new governor. Peanut is running as a Republican and his campaign theme is, appropriately, loyalty – loyalty to family, loyalty to country, and loyalty to California. If you are interested in adopting this wonderful dog and helping him with his campaign, call (530) 517-1754 to arrange to see him in person. The Town and Country Humane Society shelter is located on Highway 99 between between County Roads 21 and 23, south of Orland. It is a nonprofit run by volunteers committed to the idea of making life better for our furry friends. Glenn County Observer photo by Larry Judkins.
