Friday, July 16:

4:30 a.m., Collin Andrew Outland, 28, a laborer who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of drugs (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $5,000. He was taken into custody at 1399 West Wood Street, Willows, by a California Highway Patrol officer.

8:18 a.m., Colton Scott Smith, 21, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of burglary tools (a misdemeanor), and warrants alleging disobeying a lawful order of the court (a felony). Total bail was set at $98,000. He was taken into custody at 511 Papst Avenue, apt. B, by an Orland police officer. Two days later in the jail, he was found to have two Yolo County warrants alleging misdemeanor vandalism and vehicle theft (a felony). Total bail on these warrants was set at $60,000. On July 19 at the jail, he was committed to the jail without bail by a Glenn County probation officer on four counts of felony violation of probation.

1:09 p.m., Juan Antonio Medina, 33, a laborer who lives in Willows, was remanded to the Glenn County Jail without bail on charges alleging violation of post-release community supervision (a felony), possession of a dirk or dagger (can be either a misdemeanor or felony), obstructing or resisting a public service officer (a misdemeanor), and a special allegation (a felony). He was taken into custody at the jail by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

6:08 p.m., Noah Ryan Coats, 39, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging first degree burglary (a felony), and obstructing or resisting a public service officer (a misdemeanor), a warrant alleging failure to appear on a felony charge, and a Tehama County warrant alleging possession of a firearm by a felon (a felony). Total bail was set at $210,000, but he was also held without bail on charges alleging violation of parole (a felony). He was taken into custody at 6409 County Road 13, Orland, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

No one was booked into the Glenn County Jail on this date.

Sunday, July 18:

6:36 p.m., Michael Anthony Deniz, 24, a laborer who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging disobeying a court order (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $7,000. He was taken into custody at 255 North Tehama Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy. The next day in the jail, he was also found to have a civil warrant for his arrest.

7:54 p.m., Omar Gomez-Rodriguez, 27, a laborer who lives in Gerber, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, driving while under the influence of alcohol, and driving without a license (all misdemeanors). Bail was set at $15,000. He was taken into custody on the northbound side of Interstate 5, south of County Road 60, by a California Highway Patrol officer.

Monday, July 19:

7:02 a.m., Heather Ann Mack, 37, a nurse who lives in Sacramento, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on Tehama County warrants alleging failure to appear on a felony charge, public intoxication (a misdemeanor), and bringing drugs or alcohol into a prison or jail (a felony). Bail on the misdemeanor warrant was set at $6,000, but the two felony warrants were no-bail warrants. She was taken into custody at County Road 51 and the Glenn-Colusa Canal by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

9:50 a.m., Bambi Marie Ramirez, 42, a stay-at-home mother who lives in Bayliss, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging multiple counts of welfare fraud, perjury, theft with unlawful use of personal identification information, and forgery of a check (all felonies). Bail was set at $55,000. She was taken into custody at 2587 County Road VV, Glenn, by a Health and Human Services Agency officer.

11:35 a.m., Khamchan Sayyaphom, 28, a laborer who lives in Sacramento, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging failure to appear after being released on his own recognizance (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $14,000. He was taken into custody at Lassen and Willow Streets, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

8:02 p.m., at the Glenn County Jail, Cheri Marie Hoover, 40, a laborer who lives in Oroville, was found to have warrants alleging possession of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor), and failure to appear after being released on her own recognizance (a felony). Total bail was set at $72,000.

Tuesday, July 20:

4:21 p.m., at the Glenn County Jail, Joshua Charles Hanson, 28, a laborer who lives in Willows, was found to have a Colusa County warrant alleging failure to appear after giving a written promise (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $5,000.

4:33 p.m., Byron Evan Burrows, 32, a laborer who lives in Elk Creek, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging using or being under the influence of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor), battery (a misdemeanor), and committing a crime against an elder or dependent adult (a felony). Bail was set at $20,000. He was taken into custody at 3600 County Road 305, sp. #17, Elk Creek, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

7:40 p.m., Jake Michael Gale, 29, a laborer who lives in Redding, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while on probation for a prior DUI, and renting a vehicle to a person with an ignition interlock device restriction (all misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody on the southbound side of Interstate 5 at County Road 60 by a California Highway Patrol officer.

8:41 p.m., Hermelindo Gonzalez Salgado, 32, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging disobeying a court order (a misdemeanor). Total bail was set at $53,000. He was taken into custody in the area of 40 East Walker Street, Orland, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
