Friday, August 13:
9 a.m., Jason Scott Boyce, 40, an “installer” who lives in Durham, was remanded by the Glenn County Superior Court in Willows into the Glenn County Jail without bail on charges alleging threatening to commit a crime with intent to terrorize, and false imprisonment (both felonies). He was taken into custody at the Willows branch of the Glenn County Superior Court by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
9:18 a.m., Jessica Renee Martinez, 39, a caregiver who lives in Cottonwood, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging failure to appear on a felony charge, and failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Bail for one of the warrants was set at $10,000. The other two were no-bail warrants. She was taken into custody at Walmart, 470 Airport Road, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
10:16 p.m., Lucardo Gonzalez-Castro, 24, a construction worker who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody on County Road 200, just west of Commerce Lane, Orland, by a California Highway Patrol officer.
Saturday, August 14:
11:34 a.m., Matthew Alexander Myers, 36, a laborer who lives in Chico, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging forgery (a felony). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody in the 300 block of Sixth Street by an Orland police officer.
4:53 p.m., Reina Nicole Marie Bradshaw, 29, a certified nursing assistant who lives in Fairfield, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a Solano County warrant alleging fraud to obtain aid (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $25,000. She was taken into custody on South Street, east of Interstate 5, Orland, by a California Highway Patrol officer.
4:53 p.m., Lucky Bob Wyatt, 38, a laborer who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging obstructing or resisting a public service officer, public intoxication, and trespassing on railroad property (all misdemeanors). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody at Walmart, 470 Airport Road, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
8:23 p.m., Corey Dean Standish, 49, a carpenter who lives in Eugene, Ore., was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a Santa Clara County warrant alleging assault with force likely to cause great bodily injury (a felony). Bail was set at $5,000. He was taken into custody at 234 Sixth Street by an Orland police officer.
Sunday, August 15:
12:15 a.m., Ryan Kurt Miles, 42, a laborer who lives in Hayward, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for safety; possession of narcotic controlled substances for sale; possession of a firearm by a felon; carrying a loaded firearm in public; possession of a controlled substance and a firearm; possession of an assault weapon; possession of ammunition by a prohibited person; manufacturing, distributing or transferring any assault weapon; and possession of a concealed firearm by a felon (all felonies); and two no-bail warrants out of Alameda County alleging vehicle theft; and violation of parole (both felonies). Bail on the fresh charges was set at $185,000. He was taken into custody on the northbound side of Interstate 5 at the South Main Street offramp, Red Bluff, by a California Highway Patrol officer.
3:05 p.m., Jessica Lee Napier, 32, a laborer who lives in Redding, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging purchasing or receiving a stolen vehicle (a felony), possession of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor), possession of a narcotic controlled substance (a misdemeanor), and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $10,000. 8:26 a.m., Terry Lee Bailey, 67, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging battery on a non-cohabitating former spouse (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $5,000. He was taken into custody at 819 Newport Avenue, apt. #14, by an Orland police officer.
9:59 a.m, Joshua Michael Pence, 42, a pest control worker who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging disobeying a lawful order of the court (a felony), and disobeying a court order (a misdemeanor). Total bail was set at $42,000. He was taken into custody at Butte and Wood Streets, Willow, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
11:52 a.m., Maria Concepcion Paniagua, 41, a laborer who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of drug paraphernalia (a misdemeanor). Later, at the jail, she was found to have two warrants alleging failure to appear after giving a written promise, and failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge (both misdemeanors). Bail on the fresh charge was set at zero. Total bail for the warrants was set at $14,000, but she was also held without bail for alleged violation of parole (a felony). She was taken into custody at Vine and Butte Streets, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
3 p.m., Krishnakant Hasmukhlal Ramdas, 33, a clerk-laborer who lives in Orland, was returned to custody to the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging vehicle theft (a felony). Fifteen minutes later, he was also charged with alleged petty theft (a misdemeanor), possession of metal knuckles (a felony), and theft of personal property (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $20,000 for the fresh charges, and he was held without bail when he was returned to custody. He was taken into custody at the Orlanda Inn Motel, 827 Newville Road, by an Orland police officer.
