Orland Police Sgt. Sean Johnson and Glenn County Sheriff’s Deputy Tuma examine a moped involved in an accident Wednesday morning. At 7:28 a.m. on August 25, Orland police officers were dispatched to a reported vehicle vs. pedestrian traffic collision. Officers learned that Kristiana Blevins, 32, of Corning, was driving a white 2017 Kia Fortee east on East Walker Street, when she was struck by an electric EWheels moped driven south on Woodward Avenue by Tatyana Sandoval, 25, of Orland.
