Bail was set at $25,000. He was taken into custody at 7822 County Road 39, Glenn, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

11:45 a.m., Alberto Melesio-Molina, 26, a laborer who lives in Orland, was committed into the Glenn County Jail without bail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol (a misdemeanor). He was taken into custody at the Willows branch of the Glenn County Superior Court by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

11:55 a.m., Jason Shawn Hughes, 45, a cashier who lives in Chico, was remanded by the court into the Glenn County Jail without bail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, driving while under the influence of alcohol, and driving with a license suspended for driving while under the influence (all misdemeanors). He was taken into custody at the Willows branch of the Glenn County Superior Court by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

5:49 p.m., Bridgette Marie Nunes, 43, a laborer who lives in Fairfield, was returned to the custody of the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging felony vandalism, and using or being under the control of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $10,000. She was taken into custody at 2637 Highway 99, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

Wednesday, August 18:

3:05 p.m., Leonel Emilno Gutierrez-Rodriguez, 26, a laborer who lives in Butte City, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging failure to appear after being released on his own recognizance (a misdemeanor). He was taken into custody in the 500 block of North Humboldt Avenue, Willows, by a Glenn County probation officer.

5:15 p.m., David Mitch Ferrer, 49, a mechanic who lives in Yuba City, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a Sutter County warrant alleging possession of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $22,000. He was taken into custody at the Glenn County Probation Department, Willows, by a probation officer.

6:48 p.m., Ricardo Hernandez Gonzalez, 23, a plumber who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging failure to appear on a felony charge. Bail was set at $15,000. He was taken into custody at Pacific Avenue and West Wood Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy. In the jail very early the next morning, he was found to have a Yuba County warrant alleging possession of metal knuckles (a felony). Bail on this warrant was set at $250,000. Thursday, August 19:

9:35 a.m., Raymond James Auvigne, 32, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail without bail on charges alleging felony violation of probation. He was taken into custody on Ninth Street, south of Newville Road, Orland, by a Glenn County probation officer.

10:16 a.m., Michele Evelyn Urrutia, 46, a laborer who lives in Hamilton City, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging failure to appear after giving a written promise (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $8,000. She was taken into custody at 575 Sacramento Avenue, Hamilton City, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

At 3:52 p.m., Bernardo was returned to the custody of the jail for charges alleging assault with a deadly weapon (not a firearm) with great bodily injury likely (a felony), and misdemeanor vandalism. Total bail was set at $32,000. He was taken into custody at 4976 Fifth Avenue, Orland, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy. He was returned to custody by a Glenn County probation officer. In the jail at 9:21 a.m. on Tuesday, August 24, Bernardo was found to have a warrant alleging false imprisonment (a felony), a special allegation that imposes additional penalties on felons who commit another felony while out on bail or one’s own recognizance (a felony), child endangerment (a misdemeanor), and battery against a spouse or cohabitant (a misdemeanor). Bail for the warrant was set at $45,000.

11:04 a.m., Arturo Naranjo, 23, a machine operator who lives in Chico, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging displaying unlawful registration (a misdemeanor).
