9:55 a.m., Paul Everette Choquette, 39, a landscaping worker who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging infliction of corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant (a felony). Bail was set at $25,000. He was taken into custody at 1129 West Wood Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
5:08 p.m., Octavio Montalvo-Rodarte, 60, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging assault with a deadly weapon (not a firearm) with great bodily injury likely (a felony), threatening to commit a crime with intent to terrorize (a felony), and obstructing or resisting a public service officer (a misdemeanor).
