8:01 a.m., William James Hunter, 39, a landscaper who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging public intoxication (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody in the 6300 block of County Road 200, near Orland, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
11:25 a.m., Joshua William Morris, 34, a truck driver who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of a firearm by a felon, cultivation of marijuana, and possession of marijuana for sale (all felonies). Bail was set at $110,000. He was taken into custody at 3555 County Road 306, near Orland, by a GLINTF agent.

Friday, Sept. 3:
1:05 a.m., Luis Angel Rodriguez, 22, a delivery driver who lives in Chico, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging unlawful sexual intercourse where the alleged perpetrator is over the age of 21 and the victim is under the age of 16 (a felony). Bail was set at $20,000. He was taken into custody on West Laurel Street at North Culver Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
10:15 a.m., Jose Martin Perez, 31, an electrician who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging unlawful oral copulation, and child abuse or endangerment (both felonies). Bail was set at $360,000. He was taken into custody at the Orland Police Department by an Orland police officer.
12:34 p.m., Michael James Phillips, 36, a construction worker who lives in Willows, was remanded to the Glenn County Jail without bail on conviction of infliction of corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant (a felony). He was taken into custody at the Willows branch of the Glenn County Superior Court by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

11:46 p.m., Edgar Castro, 39, an operations manager who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging failure to appear after being released on his own recognizance (a felony). Bail was set at $22,000. He was taken into custody on A Street at Walker Street by an Orland police officer.
11:46 p.m., Adrian Contreras-Iniguez, 22, a cook who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging disobeying a court order (a misdemeanor). Total bail was set at $18,000. He was taken into custody on A Street at Walker Street by an Orland police officer.

3:20 p.m., at the Glenn County Jail, Travis Paul Nance, 53, a landscaper who lives in Chico, was found to have a warrant alleging disobeying a lawful order of the court (a felony). Bail was set at $30,000.
10:37 p.m., Terry James Muniz, 26, a laborer who lives in Redding, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody on Highway 99 at County Road 7 by a California Highway Patrol officer.
