2:49 a.m., Tony Alexander Rangel, 19, an assistant manager (of what is not specified) who lives in Corning, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging assault with a deadly weapon (not a firearm) with great bodily injury likely (a felony), and public intoxication (a misdemeanor).
