The house was located at 1380 Esperanza Avenue, which is located at the northeast corner of Esperanza and Sacramento Avenues.

Esperanza forms a circle (more or less) to the east of Sacramento Avenue, with two entrances/exits onto Sacramento.

The house that burned was at the north entrance/exit, just north of Second Street.
