1:31 a.m., Ray Lee Wallis, 37, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $5,000. He was taken into custody at 315 Eighth Street by an Orland police officer.

Thursday, Dec. 23:

12:16 p.m., Emmanuel Montalvo Mercado, 30, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging disobeying a court order (a misdemeanor), possession of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor), possession of controlled substance paraphernalia (a misdemeanor), and failure to appear on a felony charge (a felony). Total bail was set at $146,000. He was taken into custody at the Tehama County Jail by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

Friday, Dec. 24:

12:32 a.m., at the Glenn County Jail, inmate Ray Lee Wallis, 37, a laborer who lives in Orland, was found to have a warrant alleging failure to appear after giving a written promise (a felony). Bail was set at $40,000.

10:38 a.m., Christina Marie Webb, 42, a housekeeper who lives in Yuba City, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a Sutter County warrant alleging failure to appear on a felony charge, and two Yuba City Police Department warrants alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. The Sutter County warrant and one of the Yuba City Police Department warrants were no-bail warrants. The bail for the other Yuba City Police Department warrant was set at $11,000. 3:47 p.m., Alan Boe Kyler, 64, a laborer who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging infliction of corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant (a felony), violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence (a misdemeanor), and felony violation of probation. Saturday, Jan. 8:

12:05 a.m., Heather Nicole Matney, 27, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $5,000. She was taken into custody at 236 North Humboldt Avenue, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy. Three days later, inmate Matney was charged with alleged felony violation of probation by a Glenn County probation officer. Bail for this charge was set at $85,000.

2:42 p.m., Xiong Lee, 38, a produce salesman who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Bail was set at $12,000. He was taken into custody in the 600 block of North Humboldt Avenue, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

8:21 a.m., Arba Collon Sullivan, 29, a tree climber who lives in Oakley, Calif., was booked into the Glenn County Jail without bail for a Contra County detainer and an order of production alleging failure to appear after giving a written promise (a felony). He was taken into custody at the Contra Costa Jail by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
