12:16 p.m., Emmanuel Montalvo Mercado, 30, a laborer who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging disobeying a court order (a misdemeanor), possession of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor), possession of controlled substance paraphernalia (a misdemeanor), and failure to appear on a felony charge (a felony).
