Friday, April 8:
8:48 a.m., Brittany Irene Emery, 31, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging failure to appear on a felony charge. Bail was set at $165,000. She was taken into custody at 408 Pacific Avenue, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
12:42 p.m., Michael Anthony Perez, 28, of Willows, was remanded to the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging resisting or obstructing an executive officer (a felony). Bail was set at $25,000. He was taken into custody at the jail by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
5:17 p.m., Robert Michael Ruckel, 46, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody on Highway 32, west of Stony Creek, by a California Highway Patrol officer.
10:54 p.m., Sarah Jane Hoxie, 37, of Burney, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on bail bond surrenders with charges alleging using or being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a narcotic controlled substance, and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia (all misdemeanors). Total bail was set at $19,000. She was taken into custody at 20336 Cedar Street, Burney, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy. At 2:41 the next morning, she was also found to have a warrant alleging possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a narcotic controlled substance (both misdemeanors). Bail for this warrant was set at $5,000.

2:48 p.m., Marcel Jabariurian Brown, 39, of Sacramento, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence (a misdemeanor), and three Colusa County Superior Court warrants alleging violation of a restraining order (a misdemeanor), misdemeanor violation of a criminal protective order, and corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant (a felony). Total bail was set at $120,000. He was taken into custody on the northbound side of Interstate 5 at County Road 39 by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
3:47 p.m., Allyson Marie Marcos, 33, of Chico, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. She was taken into custody on Highway 45 at County Road 51, by a California Highway Patrol officer.
5:19 p.m., Ramon Atilano Flores, 55, of Butte City, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving with a license suspended for driving while under the influence, and violation of probation (all misdemeanors).
