2:23 a.m., Dyllon James Fulgham, 30, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging public intoxication (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody at 600 North Humboldt Avenue, apt. #218, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

10:58 a.m., Daisy Vasquez-Juarez, 22, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging false impersonation of another person (a felony). Bail was set at $15,000. She was taken into custody at 115 Walker Street by an Orland police officer.

Saturday, April 16:

10:20 a.m., Brandon Dean Hightower, 26, of Corning, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of any drug, driving with a license suspended for driving while under the influence, and violation of probation (all misdemeanors). Bail was set at $20,000. He was taken into custody on County Road 16, west of Interstate 5, by a California Highway Patrol officer.

Sunday, April 17:

11:44 a.m., Juan Manuel Herrera, 40, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence, battery on a spouse, ex-spouse, date, etc., and possession of a controlled substance (all misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody at 28 Swift Street by an Orland police officer.

2:34 p.m., John Tommy Moore, 35, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging using or being under the influence of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody at 745 Paigewood Drive, apt. #45, by an Orland police officer.

5:42 p.m., Krista Janine May, 33, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging disobeying a court order (a misdemeanor). Total bail was set at $18,000. She was taken into custody at 664 North Butte Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

8:09 p.m., Armando Iniguez Robles, 20, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging reckless driving, and driving without a license (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody on County Road 39, east of Interstate 5, by a California Highway Patrol officer.

Monday, April 18:

9:15 a.m., Charles Anthony Norman, 60, of Chico, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge, and failure to appear on a felony charge. Total bail was set at $126,000. He was taken into custody at the Butte County Jail by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

3:55 p.m., Francisco Silva Romero, 46, of Gerber, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging giving false identification to a peace officer (a misdemeanor), and failure to update the annual sex offender registration (a felony), a Tehama County Superior Court warrant allegedly resisting or obstructing a public service officer (a misdemeanor), and giving false identification to a peace officer (a misdemeanor), and a Los Angeles County Superior Court warrant touching a person intimately against the person’s will for sexual arousal (a misdemeanor), and indecent exposure (a misdemeanor). Total bail was set at $155,000. He was taken into custody at Walmart, 470 North Airport Road, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

3:55 p.m., Jose Melendes Romero, 54, of Gerber, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a Tehama County Superior Court warrant alleging failure to appear on a felony charge. Bail was set at $140,000. He was taken into custody at Walmart, 470 North Airport Road, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
