Here are the latest incident reports from the Orland Police Department.

Tuesday, April 19:

8:56 a.m., Daniel Fonseca, 18, of Orland, reported being harassed by an unknown person on Snapchat. Officers provided Fonseca with information and documented the incident.

2:09 p.m., in the 300 block of Fourth Street, an Orland police officer issued a parking citation to a white 1995 Ford box truck for improper parking and expired registration. The Ford was marked for abatement.

3:40 p.m., an anonymous person turned in an EBT card found at the Yolo Street bus stop. The card was booked for safekeeping.

4:21 p.m., an anonymous person turned in two keys that were found at one of the baseball field dugouts by Orland High School. The keys were booked for safekeeping.

5:11 p.m., Melonie Jason of Orland called to report she sold a vehicle to Celia Garza, 35, and had not received payment. Officers determined the matter to be a civil problem and provided Jason with information and options regarding the civil process.

7:14 p.m., Orland police officers responded to a report of a disturbance at Library Park. Jennifer Bracewell, 47, alleged Albert Pulido, 53, caused a disturbance, kicked her vehicle, and left prior to arrival of officers. Officers were unable to locate Pulido and Bracewell was advised to call if he returned.

9:01 p.m., Orland police officers responded to the report of two suspicious people inside Walgreens, 828 Newville Road. Officers walked through the store and were unable to locate anyone inside who matched the description.

10:50 p.m., Orland police officers were dispatched to contact Trudy Kennedy regarding suspicious persons. Officers contacted Kennedy, who said she believed two unknown men had been using narcotics in the area of the First Christian Church, 635 A Street, a few days prior. Kennedy requested documentation only.

11:56 p.m., Orland police officers contacted two boys behind Sav-Mor market, 35 East Walker Street. Officers counseled the teenagers and released them to their parents with a warning for curfew.
