Weston Cecil Quinley Strout died in Willows on Sunday, Aug. 21, 2022. He was born in Chico on Sept. 21, 2006.
He never met a stranger. He had so many friends who he loved and was very loyal to. His family also meant everything to him.
He loved sports. His favorite teams were the Pittsburgh Steelers and the San Francisco Giants.
His passions included fishing and learning new tricks on his scooter or skateboard. He was good at it, as shown by the many bumps, bruises, and scrapes he received from all the practice. He loved the skate park.
His family and friends will miss him deeply. He was loved so dearly.
He is survived by his mother, Danielle Quinley (Justin) of Willows; father Brian Strout (Tamero) of Corning; stepfather David Moreno of Lake Shastina; siblings Grayson, 3, Mia, 8, and Payton, 12; several grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins; and Bo, his beloved dog.
A service is planned at the Ark Christian Center, 222 North Butte Street, Willows, at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 1. After the family returns from the cemetery, they would like you to join them at the Elks Lodge, 150 South Shasta Street, Willows.
