Wednesday, Nov. 23:

2:01 p.m., Ruben Villegas Cruz, 30, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging battery on a spouse, ex-spouse, date, etc. (a misdemeanor), infliction of corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant (a felony), assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm (a felony), and a special allegation of great bodily injury (a felony). Bail was set at $65,000. He was taken into custody at 600 North Humboldt Avenue, apt. #74, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

3:45 p.m., Fredi Molina Pineda, 49, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging misdemeanor violation of probation. Bail was set at $21,000. He was taken into custody at the Glenn County Probation Department, Willows, by a probation officer. On Friday, Dec. 2, while he was still an inmate in the jail, a warrant for Pineda was found alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Bail for this warrant was set at $7,000.

4:14 p.m., Wayne Clifford Williamson, 51, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging public intoxication (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody at 6805 County Road 19, Orland, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

9:27 p.m., Norberto Lopez Lopez, 24, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody at Walker and First Streets by an Orland police officer.

9:32 p.m., Wyatt Justin Berroteran Seaton, 24, of Chico, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody on the southbound side of Interstate 5, north of County Road 25 by an California Highway Patrol officer.

No one was booked into the Glenn County Jail on this date.

Friday, Nov. 25:

12:17 a.m., Joshua Ryan Frailey, 20, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero, but he was also held without bail on charges alleging violation of post-releast community supervision (a felony). He was taken into custody at 819 Newport Avenue by an Orland police officer.

12:30 a.m., at the Glenn County Jail, Rafael Acosta-Gomez, 40, of Modesto, was found to have a warrant alleging failure to appear on a felony charge. Bail was set at $10,000.

1:14 a.m., David Michael Bass, 23, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging public intoxication (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody at 13 Sunset Drive, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

6:23 a.m., Marco Antonio Sanchez, 42, of Sacramento, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging public intoxication (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody at the Sycamore West Apartments, 1333 West Sycamore Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

7:22 p.m., Seige Liliana Gonzales, 20, of Redding, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging felony violation of probation. Bail was set at $20,000. She was taken into custody at the Dollar General on Newville Road by an Orland police officer.

11:44 p.m., Hermelindo Gonzalez Salgado, 33, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging using or being under the influence of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody at 325 Broadway, Hamilton City, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

Saturday, Nov. 26:

4 a.m., Juan Nino Villaraldo, 37, of Eugene, Ore., was booked into the Glenn County Jail without bail on a warrant alleging conspiracy to commit a crime (a felony), grand theft (a felony), and possession of burglary tools (a misdemeanor). He was taken into custody at Interstate 5 and County Road 60 by an California Highway Patrol officer.

11:38 a.m., Tyler James Fox, 28, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence (a misdemeanor), and evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for safety (a felony), and warrants alleging failure to appear on a felony charge, and failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Total bail was set at $104,000. He was taken into custody in the bed of Stony Creek, north of Orland, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy. At 10:41 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 30, Fox was remanded to the jail by the court for misdemeanor violation of probation. His bail was set at $9,000.

10:30 p.m., Aaron James Sackett-Maxham, 22, of Paskenta, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of a high-capacity magazine (a misdemeanor), illegal possession of an assault weapon (a misdemeanor), owning a firearm without a serial number (a misdemeanor), and willful discharge of a firearm in a grossly negligent manner (a felony). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody at 3614 County Road 200, west of Orland, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

Sunday, Nov. 27:

7:36 p.m., Harrison Polk, 24, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging threatening to commit a crime with intent to terrorize (a felony). Bail was set at $150,000. He was taken into custody at 6155 Highway 162, sp. #31, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

11:52 p.m., Samantha Josephine Abernathy, 36, of Chico, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of a stolen vehicle (a felony), possession of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor), knowingly using personal identification information to commit a crime (a felony), possession of controlled substance paraphernalia (a misdemeanor), and possession of stolen property (a felony). Bail was set at $30,000. She was taken into custody on County Road 18, west of County Road P, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

10:20 a.m., Taylor Austin Barrera, 24, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Bail was set at $34,000. He was taken into custody at the Butte County Jail by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

10:20 a.m., Ryan Mark Ockerman, 45, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging felony violation of probation. Bail was set at $20,000. He was taken into custody at the Butte County Jail by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

1:37 p.m., Alberto Carrillo Villarreal, 31, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Total bail was set at $48,000. He was taken into custody at the Glenn County Probation Department, Willows, by a probation officer.

Tuesday, Nov. 29:

11:12 a.m., at the Glenn County Jail, Francisco Lopez Llamas, 58, of Chula Vista, was found to have a warrant alleging failure to appear on a felony charge. Bail was set at $75,000.

Wednesday, Nov. 30:

2:39 a.m., Casey James Kelley, 29, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging battery on a spouse, ex-spouse, date, etc., and child endangerment (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody at 119 Fourth Street by an Orland police officer.

12:18 p.m., Jonathan Medina Chavez, 36, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of controlled substance paraphernalia (a misdemeanor), and a warrant alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Total bail was set at $15,000. He was taken into custody at 1125 Green Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

1:14 p.m., Mariah Sachene Renee Halvorson, 29, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging willful cruelty to a child that could possibly result in injury or death (a felony), possession of a narcotic controlled substance (a misdemeanor), and misdemeanor violation of probation. Bail was set at $57,000. She was taken into custody at 1350 East South Street, Orland, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

2:04 p.m., Daniel Christopher Pritchard, 32, of Corning, was returned to the custody of the Glenn County Jail without bail for charges alleging vehicle theft, and evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for safety (both felonies). 5:13 p.m., at the Glenn County Jail, Sisouphanh Salinthone, 41, of Willows, was found to have a warrant alleging failure to appear on a felony charge. Bail was set at $35,000.

Thursday, Dec. 1:

10:05 a.m., George Malcolm Dunlop, 35, of Chico, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging infliction of corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant (a felony), and violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence (a misdemeanor).
