Former Artois Fire Chief James “Doug” Chittenden was honored at the Artois Fire Hall on Saturday, January 18.
He was born on June 25, 1943. He died on Wednesday, December 11, 2024.
His life was celebrated by members of the Artois community, and firefighters from throughout Glenn County.
