Surrounded by loved ones, Linda Dean Porter died peacefully at her home in Stonyford on Sunday, March 23, 2025. She was born in Chico to Clarence and Faye Porter on November 3, 1946.
The beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother devoted her life to her family and the simple joys of country living.
A special person and friend to many, she will be remembered for her generous spirit, her dedication to her family, her forgiving heart, her compassion for all living things, and the profound impact she had on the lives of those around her.
Linda was the proud mother of five children: William, Lonnie Sr., Steven, Tabatha and Monica. Her legacy lives on in her 18 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren, all of whom she adored.
In accordance with Linda’s wishes, no funeral or memorial services are planned. Instead, her family invites those who loved her to quietly celebrate her life and reflect on the cherished moments they shared with her.
