7:01 a.m., Humberto Santana-Cervantes, 44, a construction worker who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging public intoxication (a misdemeanor), and a King County, Wash., warrant alleging failure to appear for stalking (a felony). Bail for the fresh charge was set at zero, but the bail for the warrant was set at $250,000. He was taken into custody at Yolo and Second Street, Orland, by an Orland police officer.

11:35 a.m., John Cornelis Poldervaart, 52, a logger who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging kidnapping, and torture (both felonies). Bail was set at $600,000. He was taken into custody on Forest Road M2, Tehama County, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

2:57 p.m., Vera Khrapovitskaya, 58, a certified nursing assistant who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging public intoxication (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. She was taken into custody on Pacific Street at French Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

5:27 p.m., at the Glenn County Jail, Barry Jan Hancock, 69, retired, of Gridley, was found to have a Butte County warrant alleging failure to appear after being released on a misdemeanor charge.

6:08 p.m., Andy Kao Saechao, 26, a janitor who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging disobeying a court order (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody at Villa Avenue and West Sycamore Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

10:44 p.m., David Edward Siler, 29, a construction worker who lives in Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants  alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Total bail was set at $20,000. He was taken into custody in the alley between North Shasta and North Butte Streets, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

1:12 a.m., Joshua Charles Shoop, 30, a packaging operator who lives in Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $5,000. He was taken into custody on West Walnut Street at North Butte Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
