Friday, March 11:
9:40 a.m., Carlos Magno Rivera, 37, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a court remand and with charges alleging misdemeanor violation of probation. He was taken into custody at the jail by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy. At 10:06 p.m., he was also booked into the jail on a bail bond surrender with charges alleging felony violation of probation, and possession of ammunition by a prohibited person (a felony). Total bail was set at $32,000.
6:34 p.m., Samuel Sanchez, 35, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging failure to register as a sex offender (a felony). Bail was set at $10,000, but he was also held without bail for charges alleging violation of parole (a felony). He was taken into custody at 3920 County Road O, Orland, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
9:20 p.m., Cindy Anai Manzo Avina, 24, of Corning, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. She was taken into custody at South and East Streets by an Orland police officer.

2:23 a.m., Erendira Garcia-Rojas, 43, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging battery on a spouse, ex-spouse, date, etc. (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $5,000. She was taken into custody at 153 East Mill Street by an Orland police officer.

12:38 a.m., Byron Evan Burrows, 33, of Elk Creek, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $5,000. He was taken into custody at 199 North Humboldt Avenue, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
