2:02 a.m., Ruben Ricky Ramos, 33, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, driving while under the influence of alcohol, and driving with a license suspended for driving while under the influence (all misdemeanors). Bail was set at $15,000. He was taken into custody on Butte Street at Vine Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

10:38 a.m., Ronald Irving Filkins, 45, of Butte City, was booked into the Glenn County Jail without bail on a warrant alleging violation of post-release community supervision (a felony). He was taken into custody in the 100 block of Shasta Street, Butte City, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

11:38 a.m., Noah Ryan Coats, 40, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail without bail on a hold alleging violation of parole (a felony).

6:43 p.m., Jeremy David Garcia, 39, of Redding, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging public (drug) intoxication (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody on North Humboldt Avenue at West Wood Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

Saturday, March 19:

5:46 a.m., Jared Marcus Henson Irons, 21, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging using or being under the influence of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor), carrying a concealed dirk or dagger (a felony), bringing alcohol or drugs into a prison or jail (a felony), and mail theft (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $20,000. He was taken into custody at 6155 Highway 162, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

11:13 a.m., Georgia Gene Fansler Lepp, 61, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging using or being under the influence of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. She was taken into custody at 1002 Hambright by an Orland police officer.

4:28 p.m., Scott Charles Verry, 32, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging assault with a deadly weapon with possible great bodily injury (a felony), using or being under the influence of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor), and possession of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $25,000. He was taken into custody at 6621 County Road 21, Orland, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

6:11 p.m., Nancy Preciado, 43, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging public intoxication (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. She was taken into custody at Canella Drive and County Road G by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

10:01 p.m., Dewayne Alvin Wonderling, 56, of Martinez, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging vandalism, resisting or obstructing a public service officer, using or being under the influence of a controlled substance, and carrying a concealed dirk or dagger (all misdemeanors). 8:44 a.m., Marcus Christopher Jackson, 21, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging false imprisonment (a felony), and battery on a spouse, ex-spouse, date, etc. (a misdemeanor) and warrants alleging misdemeanor vandalism, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge, failure to appear on a felony charge, vehicle theft (a felony), attempted property theft (a felony), and driving with a suspended license (a misdemeanor). Total bail was set at $40,000. He was taken into custody at 1201 West Wood Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

11:10 p.m., Isaiah Robert Martinez, 26, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody at Eighth and Walker Streets by an Orland police officer.

Monday, March 21:

10:30 a.m., Tarsem Singh, 26, of Corning, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of a stolen vehicle (a felony), and possession of burglary tools (a misdemeanor), and a warrant alleging resisting or obstructing an executive officer (a felony), grand theft (a felony), possession of a controlled substance (a felony), possession of controlled substance paraphernalia (a misdemeanor), and failure to appear on a felony charge. Bail was set at $30,500. He was taken into custody east of the County Roads P and 35 intersection by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

1:21 p.m., Amber Lynn Baldry, 28, of Anderson, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging using or being under the influence of a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at zero. She was taken into custody at 3146 Highway 99, Artois, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

1:35 p.m., Veronica Lynn Adams, 56, of Redding, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging using or being under the influence of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. She was taken into custody at 3146 Highway 99, Artois, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

Tuesday, March 22:

1:46 a.m., Vincent Kenneth Martin, 30, of Elk Creek, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging failure to appear after giving a written promise (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $15,000. He was taken into custody at Interstate 5 and West Wood Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

9:30 a.m., Manuel Anthony Villarreal-Magana, 22, of Arbuckle, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging shoplifting, and giving false identification to a peace officer (both misdemeanors). Total bail for two of the warrants was set at $14,000, but he was also held without bail on a warrant alleging violation of parole (a felony). He was taken into custody at the Yolo County Jail by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

10:55 p.m., Ocie Marie Darling, 31, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of controlled substance paraphernalia (a misdemeanor), and warrants alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge, and driving with a suspended license (both misdemeanors). Total bail was set at $6,500. She was taken into custody at Papst Avenue and Stony Creek Drive by an Orland police officer.
