Gregory Lee Harrouff died unexpectedly at his home in Orland on Friday, April 25, 2025. He was born in Louisiana, Missouri, to Bobbie Nell White and Roscoe Burton Harrouff on March 6, 1954.
He was a graduate of Grand Prairie High School, Class of 1972.
Greg found peace in nature, photographing beauty while riding his motorcycle. Whether he was riding in the hills or on the racetrack, riding was more than a pastime for him. It was where he could relax and reflect on life.
He was an animal whisperer. Throughout his life, animals, particularly cats, would go to him for love and pets.
His love for motorcycles, animals, and family were unwavering. He will be remembered as a quiet, contemplative, and loving man.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce; daughters Jessica and Michelle; and beloved nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Mike Baxter.
Services are planned for 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 17, at Sweet-Olsen Family Mortuary, 825 A Street, Orland.
