Friday, March 4:
6:18 a.m., Salvador Munoz, 35, of San Jose, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of controlled substance paraphernalia (a misdemeanor), and carrying a concealed dirk or dagger (a felony). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody at 1300 Wood Street by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
9:25 a.m., Luis Angel Rodriguez, 22, of Chico, was committed to the Glenn County Jail without bail for unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor where the perpetrator is over the age of 21 and the victim is under the age of 16 (a felony). He was taken into custody at 123 Murdock Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
Saturday, March 5:
12:57 a.m., Mario Alberto Angel Zarco, 32, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, driving while under the influence of alcohol, and driving with a license suspended for driving while under the influence (all misdemeanors). Bail was set at $15,000. He was taken into custody on the northbound side of Interstate 5, north of the Glenn-Tehama county line, by a California Highway Patrol officer.
11:35 a.m., Marcelo Gutierrez Lopez, 55, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging threatening to commit a crime with intent to terrorize, and battery with serious bodily injury (both felonies). Bail was set at $200,000. He was taken into custody in Chico by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
7:11 p.m., Joshua Garrett Huffman, 38, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of a stolen vehicle, and forging or altering a vehicle registration (both felonies). Bail was set at $20,000. He was taken into custody in the 100 block of North Yolo Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

5:47 p.m., Luke Dillon Terres, 23, of Chico, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody on Highway 45, south of County Road 39, by a California Highway Patrol officer.

1:18 a.m., Lucky Bob Wyatt, 39, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging using or being under the influence of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody at 160 North Butte Street, Willows, by a California Highway Patrol officer.
1:38 p.m., Dahnna Phyllis Burrows, 35, of Elk Creek, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant. Bail was set at $5,000. She was taken into custody on County Road 305, lot #2, Elk Creek, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
6:50 p.m., Curtis Caroll Hart, 54, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging possession of controlled substance paraphernalia (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $2,000. He was taken into custody at Lassen and Wood Streets, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

8:31 p.m., Chad Justin Grimm, 30, of Redding, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of drugs (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $5,000. He was taken into custody on County Road 65, west of Highway 45, by a California Highway Patrol officer.

11:30 a.m., at the Glenn County Jail, Scott Lee Bayles, 39, was found to have a warrant alleging failure to appear on a felony charge. Bail was set at zero.
3:27 p.m., Michael Anthony Perez, 28, of Willows, was remanded to the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging cruelty to an elder or dependent adult, and battery (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $5,000. He was taken into custody at the jail by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
