Friday, Nov. 11:

9:09 a.m., Desirae Starr Shoumounejad, 26, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of a narcotic controlled substance (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero, but she was also held without bail on charges alleging violation of parole (a felony). She was taken into custody at 68 East Central Street, Orland, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

7:43 p.m., Analise Deyannara Jones, 20, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging resisting or obstructing a public service officer, (a misdemeanor), and grand theft (a felony). Total bail was set at $32,000. She was taken into custody on West Wood Street at North Villa Avenue, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

Saturday, Nov. 12:

2:47 p.m., Jose Manuel Ledezma, 19, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs (a misdemeanor), driving while under the influence of alcohol (a misdemeanor), and possession of a billy club (a felony). Bail was set at $20,000. He was taken into custody at Canal Street, south of Highway 32, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

Sunday, Nov. 13:

6:15 p.m., Joseph Allen Branson, 26, of Chico, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging vehicle theft, and grand theft (both felonies). Bail was set at $15,000. He was taken into custody on Highway 32 at County Road VV by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

9:26 p.m., Jesus Gabriel Santiz-Mendez, 22, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs (a misdemeanor), driving while under the influence of alcohol (a misdemeanor), and driving without a license (all felony). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody on South Street at East Street by an Orland police officer.

9:36 p.m., Arnulfo Santis-Alvarez, 45, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging public intoxication (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody on South Street at East Street by an Orland police officer.

9:39 p.m., Gabino Christian Giron-Trevino, 41, of Los Molinos, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody at 350 East Street, Hamilton City, by a California Highway Patrol officer.

10:13 p.m., Megan Ann Bechtol, 25, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging threatening a school or public officer or employee (a felony). Despite being charged with a felony, bail was set at zero. She was taken into custody at Walmart, 470 North Airport Road, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy. There was nothing in the sheriff’s log regarding this incident, although an item at Walmart was listed in the sheriff’s CAD calls.

Monday, Nov. 14:

12:47 a.m., William Donald Jarman, 33, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving with a license suspended for driving while under the influence, and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia (both misdemeanors), and a warrant alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Total bail was set at $22,000. He was taken into custody in the 700 block of Colusa Street by an Orland police officer.

1:11 p.m., Megan Ann Bechtol, 25, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, and mail theft (both misdemeanors). Total bail was set at $6,000. She was taken into custody at Walmart, 470 North Airport Road, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

1:53 p.m., Elisa Chere Coon, 45, of Lovelock, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence (a misdemeanor), and warrants alleging failure to appear after being released on her own recognizance (a misdemeanor). Total bail was set at $29,000. She was taken into custody at 1481 Highway 99, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

5:45 p.m., Cindy Lee Lee, 62, of Princeton, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. She was taken into custody at 7896 County Road 61, Princeton, by a California Highway Patrol officer.

Tuesday, Nov. 15:

4:16 a.m., Alvaro Torres, 40, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $15,000. SHe was taken into custody at 140 Sixth Street by an Orland police officer.

12:40 p.m., Daniel Scott Hardy, 34, of Modesto, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging failure to appear on a felony charge, violation of probation, and evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for safety (all felonies). Total bail was set at $200,500. He was taken into custody at the Contra Costa County Jail by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

1:50 p.m., Christopher Scott Allen, 47, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail without bail on an order of production on warrants alleging failure to appear on a felony charge, assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm, infliction of corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant with priors, threatening to commit a crime with intent to terrorize, false imprisonment, aggregate and consecutive terms for multiple convictions, and a CDC hold (all felonies). He was taken into custody at Folsom State Prison by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.

5:45 p.m., Tracie Ann Chaney, 52, of Elk Grove, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. SHe was taken into custody on the southbound side of Interstate 5 at the County Road 33 offramp by a California Highway Patrol officer.

7:49 p.m., Uriah John Hare, 46, of Magalia, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging resisting or obstructing an executive officer (a felony), possession of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor), and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $25,000. He was taken into custody at the Pilot Travel Center, 4444 Commerce Lane, by an Orland police officer.

9:50 a.m., Carmen Guadalupe Garcia, 30, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging misdemeanor violation of probation, and a warrant alleging misdemeanor violation of probation. Total bail was set at $18,000. She was taken into custody at the Glenn County Probation Department, Willows, by a probation officer.

10:05 a.m., Martha Cedillo Chavera, 53, of Chico, was booked into the Glenn County Jail without bail on charges alleging felony violation of probation. She was taken into custody at the Glenn County Probation Department, Willows, by a probation officer.
