Emergency responders were dispatched to the intersection of Highway 99 and County Road 9 on Monday for a report of a vehicle fire. At about 2:39 p.m. on Nov. 7, Orland firefighters, sheriff’s deputies, and Orland police officers responded to the scene for a fully involved truck fire.
