Thursday, Nov. 17:
9:52 a.m., Mike Chester Dacey, 40, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging infliction of corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant (a felony), and violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at $30,000. He was taken into custody at 2584 County Road I, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy. At 12:40 p.m., he was also returned to the custody of the jail without bail on charges alleging violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence (a misdemeanor).
11:35 a.m., Alisa Christine Chambers, 41, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Bail was set at $7,000. She was taken into custody at 745 Paigewood Drive, apt. #45, by an Orland police officer.
12:10 p.m., David Francis Sullivan, 22, of Alameda, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on a warrant alleging child stealing (a felony). Bail was set at $20,000. He was taken into custody at the Marin County Jail by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
1:10 p.m., Michael Seth Wyckoff, 40, of Willows, was committed to the Glenn County Jail without bail on charges of violation of post-release community supervision (a felony). He was taken into custody at 368 County Road D, Willows, by a Glenn County probation officer
Friday, Nov. 18:
3:48 p.m., Alejandro Rodriguez Cisneros, 32, of Orland, was committed to the Glenn County Jail without bail for child endangerment (a misdemeanor). He was taken into custody at the jail by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
4:51 p.m., Angel Michele Bush, 33, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging public intoxication (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. She was taken into custody at 904 North Butte Street, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
Saturday, Nov. 19:
5:19 p.m., Robert Edwin Anderson, 65, of Modesto, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence, and possession of a narcotic controlled substance (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $5,000. He was taken into custody at 1021 South Street by an Orland police officer.
8:26 p.m., Jack Raymond Swain, 65, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging battery with serious bodily injury (a felony). Bail was set at $25,000. He was taken into custody at 4178 County Road K, Orland, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
Sunday, Nov. 20:
6:15 a.m., Maurilio Rangel Huerta, 30, of Corning, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody on Highway 99, north of County Road 9, by a California Highway Patrol officer.
8 p.m., John Walter Batty-Sylvan, 75, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at $10,000. He was taken into custody on North Tehama Street at West Wood Street, Willows, by a California Highway Patrol officer.
Monday, Nov. 21:
7:40 a.m., Justin Michael Hazlett, 46, of Corning, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Total bail was set at $107,000. He was taken into custody at the Butte County Jail by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
6:53 p.m., Nasario Salvador Vasquez, 80, of Orland, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging public intoxication (a misdemeanor). Bail was set at zero. He was taken into custody at 35 East Walker Street by an Orland police officer.
9:11 p.m., Brandy May Larabee, 37, of Hamilton City, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging possession of a controlled substance, and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia (both misdemeanors). Bail was set at zero. She was taken into custody in the 800 block of Fifth Street by an Orland police officer.
Tuesday, Nov. 22:
1:08 p.m., Kaelene Elizabeth Scritchfield, 31, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on charges alleging misdemeanor violation of probation. Bail was set at $17,000. She was taken into custody at the Glenn County Probation Department, Willows, by a probation officer.
4:17 p.m., Aric Joseph Brown, 29, of Willows, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge, and failure to appear on a felony charge. Total bail was set at $34,000. He was taken into custody in the parking lot at 600 North Humboldt Avenue, Willows, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
11:11 p.m., Martin Rivera Fuentes, 55, of Hamilton City, was booked into the Glenn County Jail on warrants alleging failure to appear on a felony charge. Total bail was set at $30,000. He was taken into custody at 601 Sixth Street, Hamilton City, by a Glenn County Sheriff’s deputy.
